Nokia announces L'Amour and Sirocco

Today Nokia announced two new L'Amour phones - 7390 and 7373, two new colors for the 7360 model and the long expected Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition.

Nokia 7390 is the first 3G phone of the famous fashion collection of the finnish manufacturer. It is also the first clamshell of the L'Amours. This stylish handset has a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus. Its QVGA main display capable of 16 million colors is assisted by a 160 x 128 pixels external one. An up to 2 GB extension of the memory is possible due to microSD card slot. 7390 model has unusually high-end features for a L'Amour phone which is a pleasant surprise. It will be available in two color variants: Bronze Black and Powder Pink. Nokia 7390 is expected to cost around 450 euro.

Nokia 7373 succeeds the 7370 model. This new swivel-design Nokia is an upgraded version of its predecessor. It is equipped with a microSD memory card slot and a 128 MB memory card that comes in the package. The phone also features a 2 megapixel camera and Push-to-Talk support. 7370 will come in three different colors: Powder Pink, Chrome Black and Bronze Black. The expected price of this device is around 350 euro.

Nokia 7360 is actually an old tri-band model but Nokia have added two color variants: Chrome Black and Powder Pink. The phone was actually announced in October 2005. Nokia announced 200 euro for the expected price of 7360.

All three L'Amour phones are expected to hit the shelves in Q4 2006.

Nokia 8800 Sirocco is now available. It is an updated version of the famous luxurious 8800 model. The new edition has a 2 megapixel camera, microSD card slot*, 128 MB internal memory, extended battery life and updated Bluetooth connectivity (to 2.0 version). Nokia have put Brian Eno composed sounds in the high-end device. The estimated retail price of the Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition is around 1000 euro. The phone should be available in the stores very soon.
*Soon after the announcement, Nokia removed the information about the microSD card slot from their website.

I think the 8800 sirocco is a very nice looking fone. I should get it if i have the money, but i don't. Go nokia, u r the best.

Hi peeps. well, it seem that nokia had being producing a lot of phone in pink lately. it look kinda sweet tho. i was just wondering if NOKIA is gonna reproduced all brand in sweet pinka nd label it as limited edition phones?
