Hope turns into despire (Asha to Nirasha). Love at first sight boomerangs. Ear and eye strain prompts to give up the set. Voice echoes through speaker. No manual settings to adjust brightness. Poor picture clarity. Group in Contacts not easily accessible. Message settings not accessible from Create Messge menu. Internal memory inadequate. Names; you can't go to edit in the 1st selection. 4 hrs for full battery recharge. Global giant's New Year gift to middle class. Absolute disappointment.

Nokia asha 200 itz juzt amazing.. I thank nokia who understood the need of people. I am juzt happy with my nw phone.

My husband bought me ASha 200 yesterday.First of all its awesome in aqua blue.Comparison withs price 2 mega pixel camera quality is very good. sound is also good and loud in head phone.Phone speaker is quality is nice.it has one problem that sometime during calls it echos.Gprs/Edge class 12 gives nice speed for browsing internet.Battery is best 1430 mHz,i think after giving full charge it will go for four days.

hello guy those people looking to purchase this nokia asha 200 should know this that as it is a dual sim phone but when u r talking on a phone with some one & at the same time if u call on an another no. it appeares to be not reachable
As this phone is dual sim but it does not works like a dual sim phone
Soooo guy please see to it that u try this thing with ur phone before u purchase.

Yes there is Echo Problem in this set.
Also Headset Problem. Im facing with Brand New Set.
Dont buy, first check this problem!!

Actually, didn't that familiar with C2-03, since I haven't used that phone. As I'm basing on your experience with C2-03, I would say that you switch to this Asha 200 as I compared yours with mine. I cannot find any reason why C2-03 is more expensive than this phone. They have the same features and also the same with the memory. I think the slide thing and the golden keypad contributes to it's price higher than Asha 200.
If you're a simple person that only needs a dual-sim with a qwerty pad (however, you might be a bit confused with its keys at first..), and a good camera with an average music player and speakers, I recommend this phone to you. Speaker is not as loud as x1-01 (as being the Nokia's loudest speakers in line to low-end phones ever..), so don't expect that much. Camera quality is good in places that are bright, even with a little light, it's good compared to old Nokia phones from 2009-2010 that are at this price. It's clear, but not crisp. You can install apps and games, just don't forget to buy memory card of yours.
The overall quality of this phone (for me), is at 8/10 rate. At this price, even with a bit complains (slow browsing, can't receive incoming calls in both sim cards, can't play music with a downloaded theme), I'll give it an 8. Since this is just a simple phone, not an android nor net nor SUPER phone.

Are you already subscribed to surfing with your network provider? And also, ask for manual settings for the internet connection. Mine I can connect to Ywitter and Facebook thru Social app.

You can read my answer with the echo thing below.
Animated themes with the 10MB? Yes, it can support even it is s40.
You can download apps, games and themes. However, here's the catch, you cannot play music when you applied new downloaded theme. You can only open the music player with a Nokia's defaulted themes. That pisses me off. Whenever I'll listen mp3s, I change first my theme into a pre-installed ones and apply back again my downloaded themes whenever I'm finished with the player.
Haven't tried to chat with Facebook or Nimbuzz. Sorry for that. Pertaining to others, have you tried the Facebook/Nimbuzz chat? Can someone answer avi23's question. Thank you to those will answer.
