thembelani, 02 Aug 2014my phone no longer download y? plz assist if there is somet... morePlease see if you can go into nokia store from your system app. not frim the internet. if you cant. Go to settings on your phone. scroll down till you find nokia account. click and. follow instructions just make sure that if asked Automatically sign in YES. it must be automatically sign in. then try to download once your account is verified etc. make sure downloads on the browser internet options are save to: memory card.

go to settings scroll down ti nokua account. follow instructions. make sure you save account to automatically sign in. once verified via email. etc. try to go into nokia store and download whatsapp etc. let me know if it does not work

see if you can go into nokia store from your phone.
not from the internet browser.
ok if it chucks you out. then the only problem you have is that your nokia account in settings is not activated. go into setting scroll down click on nokia account. create account. make sure it is automatically sign in afterwards. ince you receive email. verify account. and go into nokia store and download whats app or whatever. let me know if this it works if not. we can move to step two.

First I want to know if you have a memory card?
make sure that your settings on internet browser are set to Downloads : to memory card.
If this does not work. please let us know if you are downloading from the nokia store or from which browser are you attempting to download.
