when m clicking pics,its not getting saved in the folder. moreover,i cannot save photos/audios from net or fb/whatsapp. not even receiving audios and photos via Bluetooth! someone please help me out..

This phone delete the applications such as Nokia express, Nokia mail is not working it is too slowly it can even delete the software of the phone.
