Im currently residing in South Africa,im a user of this!!!!!.....need i say more i love this phone very easy! simple and it is advanced compared to the amount it costs!!!!.....

It's very advanced for a cheap phone, but you can't download good things on this phone. Most of the times after receiving calls it shows it as a missed call and the other person gets charged for the call and they'll have to call again to actually talk.
There's no option to switch the internet off. Only "Always on" and "On when needed" are available, and because of that my balance always gets sucked out.
Sometimes when I access the internet it just freezes and gets switched off automatically.
It reacts very slowly even though it hasn't even been a year since the purchase.

i have had this phone for 3 days, and when i try to access an app or anything related with the internet, such as the store, it always freezes or comes up with a white screen. help!

I bought my daughter a Nokia Asha 201 and this should be the worst phone I ever bought. Hope they can refund me because everything that all the above people mentioned is wrong with this phone. Not nice to buy someone a birthday present and after a month it does this. I spend hours on the phone with the service providers, changed sim cards, tried to update new software...nothing happens.

Well, Asha 201 look so gorgeous though but it's memory size isn't enough. Sometimes it plays up. Slow during downloading, it counts backwards when downloading.I guess it should be re-done.

lizzy, 21 Sep 2013my nokia asha 201 does not want to open internet option and... moreHEY man, this phone wasn release earlier before its time, and this phone must go back to pott because it behaves like food when u eat while it was not yet ready to be eaten, ill rate this phne with 1/10. the best phones are sambian phones e.g Nokia E63, E71 or E72 etc. Asha 201 is so prety but dead in mind and mine just swalloed my calculator and social so ag i hate it. lets sue Nokia they will pay us our money multiplied by 100.
