The authority certificates on my nokia is corrupted and cant seem to register my cell phone number on whatsapp. The default browser also stopped working. I am now using Opera mini. I need a solution as I need whatsapp to work as it worked before

Didi, 15 Oct 2013Thot it was the best until it started freezing and the came... moreYou need to check that your phone has the updated software on it using the Nokia Suite, also if it restarts by itself then you just need to switch phone off take out battery and put it all back together. Hope this helps

You might need to check that your applications, photos etc are being saved on the memory card. Also check that the memory card is inserted correctly. Hope this helps

My phone reset itself. I lost my whatsapp. Tried to download it again, noticed my internet icon was not working. Eventually had it downloaded, upon entering the mobile number I get an error: could not connect to server error occurred while opening connection. I just want this to work as it did before, I also noticed the Thwarte certificates are corrupted. Any suggestions are welcome

hi will somebody please assist me. the phones memory is very small.it keeps on saying memory full, then i must delete photos , messages , etc. i do have a 2 gig memory card.

Just returned from hols in Spain where I discovered that my Asha 201 (on Talkmobile - Vodaphone) unable to receive any incoming calls (texts ok) irrespective of network selected (tried manual selection). Worked fine with my O2 sim card on O2 and previously on Orange. Anyone had similar experience or any clues?
