whats app is not working n when i went to nokia care they said u need 2 updt fone software n said it will cost 220 rs as my phone is 1 ye old what should i do?

uche ugoh, 25 Jul 2013my phone they do application error when i want opening some... moreit switches off wen trying 2 open my applications.it deletes my contacts n some main features.my watsapp is deleted as well n wen i download a new 1 it says unrecognised entity pls help b4 i throw dis useless 4n

Very unhappy with this phone, upgraded in May, Autopage's recommendation, cannot open facebook, internet or gmail, have been up and down for help,checked settings, outcome was that the memory is very very low or poor, added a memory card to help, no improvement, 20 months left on this contract and nobody offering a replacement or alternative suggestion, BAD FOR NOKIA AND BAD FOR AUTOPAGE, I AM THE DISGUSTED PAYING CUSTOMER
