I have Nokia Asha 205.1. When somebody calling me, i do not hear his voice but, on loud speaker, i can hear him. I ask for help what is the problem?

my asha 205 became useful tool for me to use after 2015-12-30 because internet n all web services are no more working what can i do to make it go back to its normal software.

copy whatsapp from any other whatsapp supported nokia device like 302,210,203,208,207,311308 & run it on ur phone.
