The notification enabler app cannot be deleted it a system file it comes with the phone

If says 'unable to start', then go to application and u will see application call 'Notification enableler' in a star * form, delete it and go back and open the whatsap. After it work's successfully go to net and download the app that u hv deleted.

Hey nokia usher users my phone downloaded whatsapp but it failed to start i dont know why i have followed the app store but their is no whatsapp option.it is really dissapointing and stressful ,please help me out

ulan, 28 Oct 2015I cannot access my internete, the ovi,the chet, i cant put ... more i am using nokia asha 205 china version. I can browse internet using opera mini 9.4. I can download apps from internet but i am now unable to download whatsapp, b/c it says "whatsapp is not supported in your device". I tried to download for the file in jar file version, but, it is available in sis/sisx file type that my nokia doesnt support this file type. Please help me. Thanks
