Shivaji Ingle, 07 May 2012this is good phone......cheap price and that phone have man... more
Don't get me wrong. But, I DO love this phone. As a matter of fact, I've already bought it.
But still, this phone was not cheap for me. It has been almost 2yrs since they made C3. I would not surprise if it was the same price!
But, it wasn't. May be next time. I am hoping so. Either way, I am sure some people would love this phone. But, I still have a doubt. C3 user would really buy it? Because it has not been changed a bit if I may say so.

I am quite sure there must be a dozens? of decent review out there right now. So, no need to worry about this phone.
But, the truth is that, all the sites are kind of biased at some level. So, I would say, just get used to it.

Misquitas, 05 May 2012No harm in criticizing any product, let alone a Nokia Asha ... more
Your comment reminds me of my friend. Years ago, he loved to buy sony products. You know why? Because he thought they were reliable and durable. In fact, they earned their reputations because of that. In other words, unless otherwise he would not buy it, because among other competitive products, they are rather expensive!
He still loves sony products? May be. But, now he loves to buy samsong products. You know why? Because he thinks they are reliable, durable and most of all they are quite cheaper than those of sony.
May be, it's different.
But still, I must say this. "if nokia's confident is based on the success in the development countries or even euro, they are worng!" You know why? Becase of this formula.
Korean Is Superior = Samsong!
I hope I am wrong, because I hate android.
P.S.
Although this baby phone is not a smartphone, it sucks a battery like a milk. A day? No way! Some people said, three times a day. Just like a meal. Do you think it is reliable!?

Anonymous, 05 May 2012I bought it, I am using it, and I am loving it.
But, let... moreNo harm in criticizing any product, let alone a Nokia Asha 302, as long as one understands the parameters of the product in question.
Everyone wants (or desires) the Asha 302 to be different, especially because it is "competing" with other more popular phones. Reason? At this point in time the "popular phone" seems to be revolving around the following formula:
Touchscreen + Android = Smartphone
Now, my contention is that one could still have a simple, durable and reliable phone (like the Nokia C3 or Asha 302) WITHOUT the need for a touchscreen or Android OS for that matter. Heck, I would say, Nokia should continue with its KISS formula:
Keep + It + Simple = Success
Nokia has been renowned for its simple, durable phones in countries like India (much in the same way that Toyota earned its early reputation the world over for cheaper yet reliable cars).
Why, for instance, did the Nokia C3-00 win Best Feature Phone or Entry Level Phone at the GSMA Awards 2012 in Barcelona, when there were many competitive "touchscreen + android" smartphones within a similar budget? Clearly, the jury appreciated the C3 as a simple, durable and effective phone.
When I buy a phone, I would prefer any which day a reliable and durable phone with 15-20 essential features, rather than a delicate touchscreen phone with hundreds of features, but which drains the battery because of a power hungry OS.
Not to say that Android touchscreen phones are not great (I may even end up buying one in the future), but it is good to know that Nokia still believes in making the type of budget phones that earned its reputation: Simple and reliable. And the award winning Nokia C3 is a testimony to this reputation.

guy's, buying this phone is waste of money coz this phone does not have OS... It's price in India is around 6000inr.... Instead of this phone you can buy galaxy pocket or galaxy y... Both are touch screen phones with android OS and of same price AND other features are almost same....

AnonD-36619, 05 May 2012this feature phone is ok...
but Nokia can release success... moreWhat a pleasant surprise, isn't it? That's exactly what I was talking about, that's exactly what this phone company has been doing over the years. To be honest with you, kind of frustrating sometimes.
Then, I realize that, hey!, may be, I am asking too much for "the phone company" just same as some people are asking too much for the budget phone like this one.
Then, I realize that, a company like Apple is not exactly the phone company like Nokia is. Apple is more like, "they are making the phones, but just same as their computers".
If CEO's confident is based on the legacy in the development countries, I shall say, hey!, I am not going to buy your prodcuts anymore until you give us something new!
But, once again, that's only me. If nokia lost one consumer today out of billions, they are not going to care anyway. That's exactly the international phone company is.
Thanks, Nokia. I hope we see you again! I promise I do take care of your baby phones like this one. Hahahahaha.
