I bought this phoen a week back when i Lost my Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman Android phone and purchased this one since I could not afford another good android phone. It was me who posted some positive feedback about this handset 5 days back, But lately I realised its a pathetic phone I ever had. It had started hanging constantly, and its a brand new phone just a week old. the 3G internet was ok when teh phone was new but now its wrse than 2G internet, WhatsApp does not work properly its not designed completely for this phone. downloads was fast initially on 3G internet but now its OMG, it takes ages, literally AGES. 1GHZ process is of no use for this phone. I used to love Nokia and trusted them agaiin and bought this phone when there were other phones in the market with better specs in teh same price range, but I feel I have done the biggest mistake of my life. This is my last Nokia phone in this life. I know couple of other people around me they are facing exactly the same problems which I am facing.
RIP...!!!! NOKOIA I doubt if WINDOWS 8 can save you

SMARTPHONE has many platform.. top of the line is Android... before android.. symbian and the others rule the market....
NOKIA is not lying... Asha is smart on its own way...
Compare it to an non-android phone... it is indeed smarter,faster and more reliable...
Compare it to an android.. for sure.. android will win.. android has the latest support and update..
One day... other OS will replace Android... and that time.. People like you will say android is not a smartphone...
Nokia aim to ( Connect People ) ... they make god budget phones for reasonable price to connect people..

Gifted asha 311(pink) to sis on B'day.. Wow.. she liked it very much.. good looking and affordable price.. 2 GB data plan free with Airtel.. downloaded lot of songs.. enjoying.. i recommend this

Hi friends... Please read this before buying asha. Don't waste you hard gained money by buying this crap. Asha is not a smartphone actually. Well i'm a nokia user, I don't know why nokia is cheating their customers by saying that asha is a smartphone. You can't even do multitasking. Yes friends this device runs on nokia's own S40 OS. There is no use of 1Ghz processor for a S40 OS and its RAM is just 128MB. If you are looking for a real smartphone then go for nokia's symbian phones or other brand android phones. Think a lot before buying crap.

It is good cellular phone but I noticed that when you put it off it can still receives calls and causes great disturbance to you during your sleep.
