all great except for audio. The sound from the player on good headphones is really poor. Even compared to to the Nokia C2. The C2 has better audio than the 311. By comparison with the same headphones the 311 sounds really tinny and weak like mono aural with no frequency response. The C2 sounds like a Bose compared to the Asha 311. I don't know what the engineers at Nokia were thinking when designing it, even my C3 sounds better than the 311. I think using a communist china sound chip in the 311 because it sounds like diarrhea.

But , fortunately my dual sim phone is under one year warrenty, so Nokia Care has fixed the problem for me free of charge. But i am not very satisfied ,sometime i thought that the Nokia older phone is better.

It's the best phone! Touch is very smooth! Im using this phone from the last 10 Months! :)

this phone is nothing just a basic nokia s40 with touch function... and nothing else ...im using this phone last 3 months... and frustrate everyday... giving many problem.... hang....crash and getting restart.... photo quality is ok ... On VGA resolution 640X480 .. video record only 15 fps not 25fps... better to sell this phone.. spend lil more and get a xperia M......

this is the worst phone i have ever had.nokia asha 311 phone is not
working properly...so i sell it and i bought xperia e dual.it is an awesome phone.
To nokia,
plz do not make this type of stupid phone.we buy phone only once in 2 or 3 year.i buyed asha 311 and sell it in 3 months.asha 311 is the worst phone i have ever seen
