AnonD-190806, 26 Sep 2013i am using this phone from 3 months,i can use facebook,twit... morebefore connect ur 311 with wifi, u make sure that the mobile data is off... mobile data is in connectivity.

still i am using this handset so whwn a connect to internet it shows me 2.5G network not a 2G or 3G so what is it...

i am using this phone from 3 months,i can use facebook,twitter and mobile radio using wifi but when i try for internet browsing it is asking for mobile data,can anyone helpme how to browse intrenet by using wifi?

So many whiners here. Didn't you all research before buying? This is NOT a smartphone. Don't expect it to function like one. Besides, this is just a ploy to make you buy windows phone.

I thought of buying expensive one, but what to say, that every phone i've from nokia hang,battery not lasting and continously restarted.

Most of the time while using internet phone is getting automaticaly restarted. Getting hang also. But i feel that touch screen is good .
