I love my Nokia C1 because, the reliable battery, easy use, compatible with most apps I used, quite a strong exterior too. It was the best aside for 1 thing.
The dual SIM is causing the phone entirely to suck.
The SIM is locked meaning you are not able to use the SIM you want. it might also be the reason for people not hearing you, but you being able to hear them. I completely turned of SIM 1 and I never had the problem again.
After the 1year mark my phone crashed and stopped working all together. After setting the phone back to factory settings, I obviously lost everything, but what was worse was not being able to switch off sim1 without shutting down sim2. (No message, no call and completely bad network). To top it off now some people can't hear me and there's nothing I can do about it.
I was so excited that Nokia is back in the mobile industry, but now not sure if it's worth spending my money on a phone I'm not sure of.

The network in this phone is so annoying. Most of the time in GPRS which is insanely slow so don't bother buying it.

Hi all out there . I bought the Nokia c1 edition it looks nice but the problem is its not a 4G and where I got from the customer service was so poor it's unbelievable Pep cell in SA the sales reps have no idea Of the network service , tomorrow I will go back and change for a Samsung with 4G . Nokia is letting us down with 3G phone now .

Please am using Nokia c1 but I have issues with phone when I connect my Bluetooth headset with it and when I use to make call people not hear from me sometime then we told me that is loud even if am inside room same thing what should I do

I am currently using it and it doesn't have any problems.
And remember, that it is a light phone and it carries light tasks.
All light apps and games work properly

bought this phone and it worked properly for a month. now when i enter my screen unlock code, it unlocks then locks again. i can't access my apps. very frustrating
