Ok,I just updated my firmware to version 071.005 and its amazing!
The browser is faster and it can now open heavy pages with ease.
The Adobe reader was upgrade to version 2.5L. And there is a notable change in performance (at least in my phone).
Ovi maps has also been upgraded, but I have not checked it out yet.
Finally, for people living in India, (I cant be sure about other regions) the Ovi chat application has finally been enabled. G-talk, Yahoo Mesenger, MSM Messenger and Ovi chat,its all working!!!

the build quality of this phone is weak....the keypad on top was worned out....i wonder if it is covered by the warranty of nokia...

Wow , updated new firmware , great change in internal memory and sound clarity , new chat appication , adobe reader le 2.5 upgraded version and ....

i hv updated my software with latest version & hardly reset with code *#7370#
. Game & Apps which i hv downloaded and installed in memory card . The games are shown in installed files but it is not shown in installation files. Whats the problem? Please help me.

rmn, 03 Jul 2011My thinking is also same as urs. I m also waiting for c5 5... morelisten to me man. s60v3 was the best software platform in 2007. that time it was like todays iOS4 or android 2.3. go for this phone if u dont want to miss n-gage and many other stuffs of that era. "s60v5 was and is the worst touch-screen platform" its a statement that even its supporters have to accept.

My experience on this handset is 50-50. Performance of the softwere is good and I am satisfied. But my handset is spoiled on looks, I believe that the hardwere is not good, I am looking for a new full body (original) to replace the original in built body of my handset, but not available in market. What to do, I am in trouble with this handset.
