really good fone especialy for those people that put phone in their pocket.its stereo speakers are really excellent and the sound on them are very clear.battery is really good.i thought that SE phones have good battery life but now my idea chenged :)
c5 is best phone among phones under 200$ . image quality is ok.recorded sound on capturin video is really live.quality of screen under sunlight is a little weak in comparison with e52 but is more better than SE phone that i ever used. buy this phone,you never will regret,i promise you.

if a person in this forum praises the c5 for its sunlight legibility, then he is lying.....guys dont listen to him....you are the one whose gonna suffer.

hi friends it is very nice. Initially i faced some problems. But after updating phone software. Its working good. It has professional look. Only drawback is sound. Its ok professional guys

I personally feel from using C5 that sunlight legibility as well as screen quality is excellent.. Only disadvantage is slightly small screen and a low RAM

iv a nokia c5 and 6mths insurance i bought on 6th dec 2010 and brou it back 5time to be fixed and im still havin trouble ....dnt recommend it 2 any1

santosh, 06 Apr 2011friend how to update the sound system to 062well..friend..its not sound system, its your software version..you can update it in few ways..
(1)press *#0000# on your c5..you will see what version you have..now go to option>cheek update..and your software will be updated within 10 min..
(2)go on your c5..menu>setting..you may find a application 'SW UPDATE'..open it and you will be shown your non-updated software..if your phone is not updated then select 'phone software'..and hope it will be updated..I updated mine in this way..
(3)if none of above 2 ways work then download and install 'nokia software updater' or 'ovi software updater' on your pc..connect your c5 with pc..and follow the tips..I dont know much about this process as I need not do this..you can find the process at www.nokiac5.net
(all of these ways need internet connection)

..i just bought my C5 ..it seems good though i was just wondering why C5 wasnt that loud even if i already turned its volume into its max.? I seldom missed a call..

Gsmarena told that screen quality is just ok while sunlight legibility is excellent while every other review of c5 on net told that screen quality of c5 is nice while sunlight legibility is average.
So, it's difficult to believe what Gsmarena said.

Me also using C5 for past 3 months...
YOur Review is wrong. C5 has great sun light legibility..... Even GSM arena speaks high of sunlight legibility of this phone. I dont know how you are not able to realise this even after using this cell phone.
Try to install acceptable format softwares, it will work without error. ITs a great cell phone for Rs.7300
