Hi friends it is awesome phone you can go for it.only one problem is wifi.it doesn't hangs if you know to use smart mobile means.

I can evaluate C5 as below
*Classic Sexy Look , slim Handy attractive easy to carry
*Rugged design
*Great battery life.USB charging is a big advantage
*Great audio quality with philips headset (not loudness)
*Moderate image quality
--------------------------------------------------------
No major disadvantage when considering the price range
*Volume bit low.
*Internal memory is too less
*Sun light visibility is poor
*We cant use flash as tourch.

When I install some application it shows certificate error how to correct this ?

c5 is good.except that it runs an old bag-the symbian os

Pls,how do i update d firmware,infact d software. Am in Nigeria by d way, av usd d phone 4a mnth,its gud,bt it restart sumtimes mayb bcos of sum applications i installed,bt d pic quality is jst gr8!

Raj, 05 Apr 2011My C5 is completed crashed and being sent to Nokia for gett... moreIts your operator problem.
I tested 2 operators for my phone, one is fast while the other is slow.
Thats showed.

and those who want to say se elm better comparing c5, should know nokia is always best for its quality..please buy your c5 from a nokia care..hope you wont face any problem..and c5 is a real smart phone to me..

it play but gives no sound

hy, me tarek..I have bought c5 5 days ago..so far, no problem is faced..sound quality was low on 032..but I update it to 062..now its fine..you can buy this without thinking twice if you have liked it..and so far, I dont have any hanging..I like my c5..

Probably I'll buy C5, but I have a question: Is a satellite icon shown at the top of the screen every time GPS is used?
I've looked at the top screen icons section ("screen indicators") at the C5 manual (downloaded), and I don't see any satellite icon. I know that the ovi-maps app shows a satellite icon, but it's an app icon, not a default icon. So, when gps is used by other app, or even by the operating system, a satellite icon won't be shown at the top of the screen, and I won't know that the gps is being used. GPS could be silently used by an app or by the operating system, and I want to know it every time gps is used. I'd like even to be asked every time an app or the o.s. want to use gps, in order to allow or deny permission.
Obtaining my exact position is a very serious thing, since it involves very personal and private information that nobody should know if I don't want. So I don't like the apps or the o.s. getting my exact position without my permision.
