And try to go to the camera settings wherein u will f0und the settings whether where to save the pic or vid..

My C5 is completed crashed and being sent to Nokia for getting it fixed! It hangs always!!

hi all i bought this phone today. Its a good and mice phone browsing is just great but why the light goes off after two seconds? opera mini 6 is like heaven made product in this phone :)

I bought this phone three days ago. It seems sound is not good, its very low.I am hearing echo while I was talking. some times conference mode is not working.

why is it that nokia love fixed focus so much while sony e phone has auto focus phone at the same price range.
Also the phone memory keep on decreasing with no way to free or deleate files. Can anyone help

this phone is the best phone in the market
but its sound is not so good try to improve this feature
to make this phone more beter.

in reality the sound quality is gr8 & is comparable to the best in class (ive used dis phn 4 25 days & u can also find it in review of GSM Arena)........only the 'VOLUME' is low in d headphns not the 'SOUND QUALITY' and d headphns r worse so better use gud quality headphns
& dont misguide people not to buy dis phn it the best BANG 4 UR BUCK phone in the market.

This phone will works fine if you had a good operator.
The phone speakers is good, the headphone is not, need to change it to other headphone will solve the problem.

Remove the card and stick some adhesive tape in back than insert back again.

its a very nice phone....i bought this phone a 5 months ago...its working awesom...i like this mobile very much...but the sounnd is low.....each penny i spend for this mobile is worthfull....love u c5.....

Please do not buy this phone. Sound quality is very very low. Worst headphone. Never seen a phone with such a bad sound quality. The camera quality is also not good. Only the phone looks good. So please dont buy this phone. If u want this phone badly , I will sell it to u for Rs.100 will bill and warranty. This just a 15 days old phone.
