Hi,
This is Shalv from Mumbai, Iown Nokia C-5 from 4 months now, its a good fone, but these days i've ben facing a strange problem with the device, whenever i speak on call call for 30-min the call gets disconnected automatically,
Does any one experiance the same problem.
& Does any one have any solution/workaround for this.
Please Help............

I just got this phone and when I turned it on it automatically got all the settings from my provider and started sending and receiving data packets on 3G. This is too expensive. I don't even know what it was getting.
Is there any way of stopping it from doing this? The "offline" mode is useless because you can not make calls or texts.

If you do, Denon AH-D2000 should improve music enjoyment considerably.
The only problem of those headphones would be their price(they cost more then Nokia C5).

i bought this handset about a week ago. So far so good!
I like the internet speeds, which what i require while on the go. So it doesnt have wi-fi... big deal. In my country,kenya, there are very limited free wi-fi spots,so it doesnt matter.
Picture quality is good enough,but not for video recording. Afterall,its not a camera guys,its a phone!
Music quality though could do with some improvement if ur a music lover. So if thats ur thing choose a different phone,perhaps the nokia x2. Wish the data cable was longer. Theres just an annoyingly short cable, ARGH!
Everything else works for me. And its very affordable for all the features it comes with- ksh.13500.
Very good phone. Id rate it 'satisfactory'.

pls my nokia c5 doesnt sound loud when playing music even at the highest volume.pls what do i do or is it how the phone is being manufactured.pls i need an urgent help.

c5 is da best. I updated my quickoffice 4 free, i downloaded the app from quickoffice in the select device, i chose e52 since e52 is part of the free update program, once i downloaded the file, i installed it and i can create , edit ms 2007 files.

got this phone 2 months ago when it was launched in india
this phone is not too good
design and camera is good
battery life is ok
but the biggest problem is that this phone is slow as memory card gets filled up although it has got 600mhz processor but it does not work good
sound quality through speaker is ok

Hi All,
I have been using this phone since 1 month(baught at 7800)...and I want to tell you all that it has been a good experience for me to have Nokia C5-00. All features are rocking. To be specific the camera quality is awesome (both images and videos). Also the brightness of the screen is very good. 16M colors are just fabulous. Keypad is also very easy to handle (softness is nice). Music quality is also good but the headset that you get with this phone is not that much effective. i would suggest to buy some other headset (I baught Samsung Corby Pro's headset - Rs.250) to get complete effectiveness of the music player. I would like to give a 9 out of 10 to this phone(1 less because of the absence of WiFi)...i hope this review is helpful....thanks

Hai everybody I am using this phone from last 3 months, this is the best phone. Just belive me. It is so fast after installing 40 3rd party app. and 30 games. I am using Microlab headset, sound is very very good. My c5 rocks. Thank nokia for this little but good gift. I highly recommended for it. So just go for it.

Nokia's hardware designs are ugly compared to Samsung and Sony Ericsson. They should quickly reform themselves, else they risk losing market share.

From the first sight i fell in love with this mobile in the mobile shop, it was the sexiest mobile i have ever seen, and i was determined to make it my own. the mobile kept me amused for 1 month, then as the days past by i realised this mobile is dull and hollow from inside, it offered nothing new except its attractive looks. music quality is average, screen angle is crap and good luck if u want to see anything outdoors in the sun battery last for roughly 4 days bec of good power saving system. i also like the short usb cable. i blame the os, a slimmed down version of s60 3rd edition (not the 9.3 as stated here), which is not a good thing. ex: there is no memory card folder, only the music and video folder, which doesnt make u feel that u have a mcard. ovi who gives a shit about ovi? and ofcourse the bug which never fails to exsist, in the log u see the number like its not saved in the contacts although it is. camera 3.2mp but id swear its a 1mp.HUGE diffrence between BB's 3.2mp and this. audio Volume is also crap. it doesnt even come with proper headset.
