can anyone please try nd tell me whether we can read pdf files on the 2.2 inch screen easily? actually i want to read ebooks (which r in pdf format) on this set.
i will be really gr8ful if someone can do this for me. just transfer some pdf files frm ur pc nd please please let me know abt ur xperience.

1. One can't write sms in Hindi language.
2. Its not music phone.
3. Every day you start music player, it starts from 1st song.
4. Sound quality is very poor.
5. You can't listen FM without earphone.
6. Its very difficult to get missed call numbers of saved names.
7. You can't see the numbers of saved names when in incomming call.
7. Just within one month of purchase its body is opening, when I went to Nokia Service Centre, they say they will charge Rs. 600/-

battery back up is too bad...........not even getting 1 full day............and mainly mobile is too slow.......except these mobile is fine,well and good....

my dear all friends i can see memory card memory.phone meory in nokia c5
but my all songs play in music player and when i instal a them its asking me location and showas both memory.
so how can i see my folder of memory card/phone card

hey kayc i have purchased c5..this is my 1st symbian phone..thats y new in ths field..
I want to know that..if we receive any music file..then it goes to inbox first...n then we have to play that file and save option will come...isnt there option to save that file directly into folder?
n if i want to keep some pics in cell but i dont want to see them into image folder with other images..then how it is possible?

I have used many mobiles in the past .i was not satisfied. i like this C5 model. batery life.display, style, its very suitable for professionls.
i am recommenting this model.

Jazz, 09 Sep 2010Thank u kayc. Since u said u used both phones i want few mo... moreMonte's touchscreen is fine. Any touchscreen will need getting used to. Initially, all controls seem to go haywhire but after a while one gets used to it. Eg, the squeeze-to-zoom feature of the web browser can be really difficult to use (random clicks on browser links). Longevity I'm not sure about: time will tell. Maybe you'll get a better answer on monte forum. I only used it a day or two and my opinion is biased since I don't like touchscreen anyway.
The C5 keypad is cheap with a few gaps between keys but it won't affect it's longevity. The body and screen is quite ok. I changed phone once in 8 years so I'm hoping it will last that much.
C5 camera and flash is much better than monte esp. in low light. But like all LED flashes, it will be effective only till 2-3 metres in evenings.
