How is touchsensitive of monte is it reliable? I doubt touch phones for its longevity. How is User interface of monte?
In ur previous posting u mentioned that C5 has cheap plastic built including keypad. Is it really bad? and how is camera and flash of C5? Since both phones are of almost same price (1k difference) I am confused.
Plz help.

The big plus of monte is:
- the larger, brighter screen (touch) that has great
viewing angles.
- Music on monte is great (nice loud speakerphone).
- It also has wi-fi.
The software on monte doesen't use the hardware capabilities fully: eg.
- screen has auto-rotate but no qwerty !
- it's GPS is unusable (takes forever to get a position fix, has no navigation apps).
It's also too thick for my taste.
The big plus of C5 is
- fantastic GPS and navigation app.
- great support for social networking (facebook app and all)
- push email
- slim built
- usb charging
- camera has flash
Given your criteria, there is no clear winner between the two. So you probably have to compromise one way or the other.
C5 wins in 3g,gps,camera,overall speed
Monte wins in better screen,built,music play,wi-fi

Internet speed is where it really excels (2.5 mbps with 3g). The browser is also very responsive.
Good example of a balanced CPU and IO (network) subsystems.

The screen on this phone is bad! It reflects light very strangely especially when dark colours are shown, like a dark theme.. Anoying email setup appears every time the phone is swiched on...

Internet 2g,3g I use only built in brower, gmail, Facebook. Speed is great (in Sri lanka). This phone supports highspeed, so 90% of the speed will depend on your service provider (ISP) side not the phone.
Performance. Takes some time to start. But functions are speed. Can have lot of programs open without slowing down. GPS gets connect with in few seconds.
Only issue is quality of Headset provided with this phone. Its not so good

Please dont buy it. It uses cheap materials. You cant use it more than 6 months. Nokia Customer Service really sucks. Finally please dont buy any C serise set of Nokia...
