preformatted and has preloaded software. Maybe yes, if you are
using a replacement sd card.

you clicking photos without people's knowledge. But you can
change camera tone:
settings>applications>camera>image>capture tone

dont install any useless software,just keep ur phone clean ,install only trusted and necessary software,then u will never face any restarting problem....
