Hey guys...
I am planning to buy nokia c5..i read the recent comments...the comments are positive..but i'm some doubts..first does c5 supports multitasking...?second does the set made in finland and set made in china are different...?pls reply...:-)

just bought my c5 yesterday and i love it so far,great camera,nice video quality,fast phone,loud speakers,multitasking works great....i don'y have any complain so far.would really recommend this phone...it's an amazing phone.gotta love the msn messenger and the mail applications!!!

this is the reason, i am not in a hurry to buy. i dnt hv 20k bucks to spend on mob. so if i buy any of the cell, i wud hv to manage with it atleast for 2 yrs minimum. dats y i m clearing my doubts nd guys like u are really helpful.
actually i am waiting for any firmware upgrade from nokia which solve this restart problem. i dnt wanna buy online as this may have the risk of money or poor quality of product. u r the lucky one who hv got hungary made without any problem.

SID, 21 Jul 2010dear rakesh, u are wrong abt me. i am really luking 4ward ... moreI share my experience with you. 2 mnths back i was looking for a phone to suit my needs which were gud sound, nice clarity all the time, very gud n speedy browser, broad screen, symbian 60 3rd or 5th edition with feature pack 2, gud battery back and in any case nokia only. After proper search, i bought e52 made in korea as at that point i couldnt get a fin or hungary made. I got everything except loud sound. Was very happy. But in a week, i came to know it hanged a lot especially while msging n browsing. My brother assured me to have this, so i purchased a hungary made c5. But i came to while using dat everything was fast but in sunlight the display is almost dead. I cant read even phonebook. Now u see after spending 20k i am still nt enjoying. I have to be happy with my e52 which has more than great display, but hangs a lot. Anyways.

I think you are not a serious buyer for this phone. I am reading ur posts for the last so many days. If it is not a phone of ur kind, just leave it. So many ppl has given u different different and useful advises thinking dat u need their advice, but it seems dat u have intention to buy this. This is a platform to share our experience prior n post purchase and to help ppl who r really looking 4 it. Believe me if this set would have been so worst, so many ppl must have given advise nt to buy this. But with some limitations, it is a gud set with such a price and there is no comparison with 6303i.

If you think Nokia c5 is a good deal for 8000..... morevery funny how u seem to think dat ONE faulty phone (that sadly ended up in ur hands) to fully represent ALL the phones in the market.
if u find time to read some of the comments here u'll find dat most other ppl dont have any problems, simply becoz they choose wisely, i.e getting the original set from nokia's own production factory in finland n hungary.
get a made in china phone without even bothering to check with the dealer 1st is juz pure FAIL.

the original price is 7,700/- in andhra. The thing is this set is very nice looking, hot chick, but the ring volume is very low just like 6303..other than that it is very good model...
