Anonymous, 19 May 2010C5 have no 3G. It's a real bummer because the Nokia E5 that... morewho ever you are stop spreading false information. the C5 is 3G, has a front camera and the when browsing it says 3.5G,i know because I have had the phone for close to a month now.

But, comparing to the competitor like SE, Samsung, LG, Moto and others offering. C5 is very competitive. It could be said one of the best in it's price range.

in e5 dislike QWERTY-keyboard. in c5 good price and nice image.
I wanted buy SonyEricsson c510 or Nokia 6303, but seeing C5 understood thats I wanted it. left only to find it in the shop. )))

I'm a user of SE C510 and used 6700C as well.
Simple summary of my experience.
C510
Advent : 3D UI, Multi tasking, Good Battery.
Dis Ad : A bit slower response than 6700C
for me acceptable.
6700C
Advent : Camera is awesome, better response.
Clear display(C510 also acceptable)
Dis Ad : UI is not as good as C510, Short battery.
Photo album is not that convenient.

the phone is fast, and have great amount of memory. symbain s60v3fp2 is NOT memory hogging. and this phone have a great amount of ram for symbian.
the downside of this phone is there were no 3G nor wifi.
screen readability under sun also not the best, but for this price point, it's already on par or a bit less than the competitor.
the good side forthis phone is great, fast, have gps. and for this price point, is one of the best.
if you want to get this phone, i would also suggest you to look at the other FIVE... the E5. it should have about the same price as C5, but have wifi and 3G. and the screen is also bigger. the E5 will be a better value for money than the C5.

Hey. Nokia c5 has a 600 mhz processor which is a lot faster than nokia n86, n97, e90. So is the phone is faster than there phones or slower. If it is slower then what its faster processor is all about. Someone please answer.

hoang, 18 May 2010we can choose bwt Date/text/music player/animation/slide/sh... morethat's bad... it's hightime Nokia gives an option to give an option to display date / time as a screensaver till we choose to disable it / activate the screen

anony mouse, 18 May 2010so what do we get in sleep mode? blank screen????we can choose bwt Date/text/music player/animation/slide/show . Sleep mode appear and go away in a "lightning speed" , u even can not have enough time to read the date .
