well its cpu is almost same as in n8,data speed 10.2 also same,simple and handy phone,dont go for n8 just buy it now.......

I've bought this one, great build(its metal body does feel rather cool in hand compare to plastics used in my old 5700), very nice sound quality in good headphone(in-box headset has muffled 'old radio' like sound), too loud & sharp mono loudspeaker, quite snappy, okay camera, low brightness screen is okay but almost unreadable on outdoor daylight, usb-charging with power saving mode

* ... more*4 icons in vertical toolbar : Shortcuts , Calendar , Music Player , Personalisation . Inside Shortcut we can put 6 shortcut to apps ... . Inside personalisation we can change theme , wallpaper , profile , silent ...
*Can not delete the analog clock , can only choose Digital or analog clock .
*Can change wall paper whitout changing theme .

Well rakesh,
Comparing a non-smart phone with smart-phone will got you nowhere. The smartphone is designed to be the state of the art phone. the mc. gyver phone, the phone that can do all things.
That doesn't mean that featured phone is bad. A featured phone like the one using nokia OS (S40) or SE OS, or siemens OS, or LG OS, or Samsung OS **IS** not 100% bad.
The featured phone is a phone designed for a specific feature. Meaning that phone will be GREAT in that intended market, with a simple of use surrounded in that specific purpose. Meaning, a featured phone for C510 will be great in Camera functionality, whereas for the SE W series or nokia XpressMusic series will be great in music series. Nokia even have an eXpressRadio phone four around US$30. That's phone is GREAT if you want a phone and radio. that's all.
The target market for featured phone and smartphone is different. for example, I wouldn't buy a smartphone for my 93yrs old grandparents. but I might get him a featured phone that focus on camera & music.
So, the great things about C5 or any other smart phone is, the phone is equiped with a multi tasking OS (except for iPhone, iPhoneOS is not really multitasking, iPhone OS is only able to do what nokia S40 6th edition can do), that enable user to use more than 1 apps at the same time.

u all are ... moreI have never said Sony Ericsson phones are wastage of money.. They are great.. But if you compare their feature phones with symbian phones like C510 vs C5 then C5 > C510
if you compare SE java phones to s40 then SE java phones >> s40
.

after arguing with all of u i want to say that Sony ericsson mobiles are total watage of money.
I sold my c510 yesterday to SE lover like me but now i think that nothing in SE so ppls continue to show their affection with them.
Now i want to buy nokia phone but c5 still not available in market and i want to use desparately smart phone so plz all of u tell me should i go for nokia 6700 or not

please look at the comments of people coming to this Nokia only forum - they are actually dying to get their hands on this handset - both in India and aborad (with a few exceptions)!! so C5 is definately better than your C510

[deleted post]6303 is a featured phone (NOT a smartphone). OS is S40 6th edition.
whereas C5 is a smartphone, OS is S60v3FP2.
C5 have a better OS and hardware.
6303 clasic is geared toward easy of use (by using a S40 6th edition OS). Whereas C5 is geared toward army knife type of phone.
Doesn't mean 6303 is bad, since S40 6th edition also a good pieces of OS. but it depend on what you want.

By the way you should know that Vga @ 15 is its video recording capability not video playing.. So it can easily play any video qvga @ 30 fps, try it before any further comment.
