I'm a store manager at a cricket store and even I can assure you that this phone is absolute garbage! I upgraded from a moto g7 supra to this phone, worst mistake ever! Glitches every second, closes apps when I'm not even done using them, and I couldn't even send or receive text messages after only 3 days with it! I thought it was the service at first but when I put my sim back into my g7, my service was just fine. I'd recommend the crappy Alcatel or the flip phone we sell before I even think of even suggesting this one to any of my customers. It's a terrible device. DO. NOT. BUY!

Just know I have done some research and this isn't a nokia problem,it's a cricket problem.They are doing nothing to fix it but it's the software they put on it.If you noticeanyone who bought the phone outside of cricket says the phone is great and they love it but not one cricket owner has anything good to say about it.Cricket is a crap company who could careless about fixing these issues.This is all crickets fault,not nokia

Everyone who says this phone isn't trash,your either a liar or working for nokia because there is absolutely nothing good about this phone.It constantly freezes,it locks me out and has to be reset all the time,it's slow,camera is garbage,I honestly think this is the most overpriced paper weight there is.I owned a coolpad and anyone that knows those phones,knows they are trash well that coolpad was light years better than this pos.I hate this phone and will never own another nokia again and I'll make sure to tell everyone not to own one

This is a great phone! Good battery life, fast and the camera is great! Great phone for the price.

I have had the same issues constantly freezes, restarts itself or I have to restart it the camera always freezes. Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!!

Worst phone I've ever had. Constantly freezes, fails to connect, fails to open apps, requires half a dozen restarts a day and the camera is utter junk. I've never had such a horrible phone. I absolutely hate this phone. If it breaks it'll be doing me a favor.

Why do i have the feeling the problems with this device come because of Cricket? As no Nokia device has freezing problems. Can anyone try to disable Google Assistant and see if it is still freezes? I have a hunch. Also if you have a mem card inserted take it out and try the device without it for a while.

My nokia freezes up while taking pictures, looking up info etc. I bought this from cricket and was told this was a good choice. Not to me.

I bought the phone a month ago and it keeps crashing. Cricket just wants me to send it in and give me the same phone again. I haven't read any reviews where getting a new phone fixed the problem. Has anyone had any luck?
I think its awful that Cricket is selling a defective phone and they are very much aware. Most of the reviews on their site is negative.

This phone is crap! This stupid phone locks up constantly period and I work through my phone, so how embarrassing is it for you to be doing a business transaction, and your phone freeze? Then the customer feels leery about your technology and you lose money? This phone is crap! 169 bucks gone down the drain.

I echo everyone else. This phone sucks. On top of all the freezing and not getting notifications, the x to close ads is obscured resulting in you clicking the ad instead of the x. The phone also does not play nicely with my car. I own a 2018 Mazda and the bluetooth connectivity is an issue. I've already had Mazda update their software but the phone still doesn't stay connected. I used to think Nokia was a good brand. Their original phones were tough like a brick. This one deserves to be smashed with a brick.
