Dnt worry you can get those wallpapers in Ov... moreI have managed to restore the phone to the original state and it's even better. It's smoother with no hiccups. I have found great wallpapers. I will search for the original ones (some of which I really like) when I have time. I will have to try to click a video and see if it has made a difference.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to set the FM Radio as the wake-up alarm?

Hi guys! I'm reading GSM Arena on a daily base, especially the part with C7 user opinions since i use one and love it very much. I must say that i thought that Symbian freaks, or however you wanna call us, are much smarter then iphone or android users. Clearly, i was wrong. Every day same stupid questions, same stupid answers! Why did some of you bought smartphone if you are unable to use it?!? And yeah, if you wanted great camera on phone buy SE C905! If you want 3 days batt backup, don't use 3g and all advanced features! If you are unable to find themes, wallpapers and apps using Google, well... You just might want to quit and go for the iphone. For me, Symbian is OS for people who are able to use their brain. For others, ios and android will work like a charm. ;) No ofense to anyone. ;)

My c7 restarts randomly all time even though I've updated to the latest firmware (Anna), its extremely frustrating because its a very cool device and I paid good money for it!!!!

before formatting ur C7 jst go to file manager-&... moreWell Dr. Bidhan... actually I did not format my phone on purpose. I had just come to the page where I was supposed to enter Yes or no to proceed. I got busy on another phone and by that time the formatting had been automatically done and the device had been restored to the factory settings. Luckily had a backup from a few days before and I could restore the most valuable assets like contacts and messages etc. The photos and videos were saved in the Memory card so they were saved too.

before formatting ur C7 jst go to file manager->back up->back up content-> opt the setting,messages,contacts and calender->option->back up now...
This will take few minutes,then copy the mp3,videos,images of mass memory on any laptop/desk top/pendrive/memory card becoz the mass memory wil b deleted/formetted. Dont forget to copy Ovisuite exe file from either mass memory or c drive,bcoz it wil b also deleted
Now u can proceed through *#7370#.try it gud luk
and aftr formetting go to filemanager->back up->restore.

I have tried as you said *#... moreWell Dr. Bidhan, I did the fomatting and the bloody phone went back to it's original factory setting and I lost a lot... fortunately I had a backup in my OVI and also the desktop so I did manage to recover my most valuables. I am now in the process to download Anna and everyting I ever installed. Had I known that, I might have not done the formatting in the first place. Well, one has to learn it the hard way too!!! Cheers!!!

I have tried as you said *#7370# tip. It says "Delete all data except on memory card? This may take several minutes and not even emergency calls will be possible."
Should I press "Yes" go ahead with the step ... does that mean all data in my Mass Memory will be deleted too? what about phone numbers, emails and SMS messages?

TechSpec, 29 Sep 2011I dont have that problem with video recording, sounds like ... moresome times i hv faced the same problem in my C7 aswell as in my N86 8mp bt by formeted it by *#7370# n aftr dat i didnt hv d problem. So go thru this procedure.gud luck

AnonD-9003, 30 Sep 2011but i already use a music stand audio device, still my c7 h... morewhen u insert the 3.5 mm audio pin then u'll find the options jst go throug the LINE OUT option dnt pick the HEAD PHONE/DEFAULT option..in line out option the loudness automaticaly increases.try it,gud luck
