My dear c7 users,
i have the same problem as you regarding to ovi .don't download an ovi store to any website such symbianfan. maybe the file you download is corrupted once... if ovi suggest you an update update it. if you already update ovi. go to filemanager-phone memory and reinstall again ovi the one that ovi suggest you.

drakula, 20 Aug 2011anna update really rocks. Bit there are some glitches. The... morei have the same problem as you. when i update it to anna my ovi doesn't work at all then i update it. then it works... update your ovi or reinstall the ovi store if you already have...

something strange with my anna update all ppl got version 022 and even in nokia website its same but i got mine in dubai ota usinf wifi and its version 024 but its working perfect i love it....

There is no issue at all regarding with split screen. But, ovi seems not working for this update..

Regarding your 1st comment about Split screen,do you mean that while writing a message i won't be able find the split screen & Do i relly lose arabic language? do i also lose having access to arabic site?
sorry to buzzer you but am confused about updating so i need an expert opinion

By press *#0000# all information will reply, go to option and choose check for up date.
U also must try download SPB mobile shell from mobile9 or symbianfan.com, u will love ur phone more.
