I was also looking for a phone for last three weeks and yesterday evening i bought Nokia C7. Video calling, 8MP camera, 680mhz processor, 8GB internal memory+32GB external memory and good value for money. U had better compaire the samsung Galaxy S and Nokia C7, U can see that what is best phone to suit for ur requirements.

theres önly a monospeaker in it . The both grill do not contain speakers. The right one is the fake one. it also get heated up when downloading or playing hd games . The battery backup is not that much good as said . i am using it since 1 month. Other feature is quite good but it lack auto focus camera and image quality is poor do not expect too much from 8 mp.

if u download any of the applications n install it the phne will restart. also if battery is low n phone is on power saving mode it will restart therefore not to worry. use net only wen battery is appropriate. n better use wi-fi not only for nokia but also for other phones.

very fast internet browser in opera mobile, 10/10 , must have smartphone! Exellent HD VIDEO REC. at 720p. ! Good camera, very responsive touch screen, . No difference bet. N8 exept hdmi port and 12mpix. But c7 is m0re lighter & stylish.

SRV, 02 May 2011I want to buy it, but confused that which one is better Sam... morego for c7, cz u can upgrade it to symbian anna bt glxy s is not upgradable to android 2.3
anyway, sym 3 is far better than android, and c7 has better speed, btry backup and better camera quality.

my sister-in-law bought this phone and hangs when she got home. she returnd it but the dealer only replaced the battery. at first it was working fine but once she got home, it hangs again. bought it back same day and the dealer finally replaced it with a new unit. nokia is really coming out with crap this day. same thing happen to my N8.no wonder they are losing market share.

1. backup all of your phone's data on your computer, because resetting will delete everything.
2. remove your SD card if you have one. Also check if it has a password. After resetting it will ask for password again and if you fail to remember it, then you can't use it.
3. make sure the battery is fully charged. If it drains during resetting, your phone will be bricked.
4. now dial *#7370#
5. the phone will reset. do not do anything with it until the resetting process is complete.

computer on Nokia ... more1. disconnect your phone from your computer.
2. on your computer, uninstall all Nokia programs, drivers, etc.
3. restart your computer.
4. install ovi suite again. It'd be better to download and install the latest version form Nokia's website.
5. restart
6. connect your phone and wait until it's fully recognized.

AnonD-4734, 02 May 2011dude, what is the repair cost for the C7 glass screen? sure... morei dont think dat i have mentioned newhere dat its break proof. no cell phone is break proof rite. wat i meant if u want to save ur cell from dust dan get screen guard it costs 250 rupees maximum, n gorilla display prevents scratches
