I have bought C7 recently the problem with this phone is everytime when i want to listen music through headphone it frequently shows speak now. So does any one knows how to fix it? Rest of the applications are running superb to me

Got my Nokia C7 last Saturday February 26,2011. it is an awesome phone! i'll never regret that i bought this Nokia C7!

with just playing music through earphones..(5 hours) my battery lasts only one day..before ir used to last for 2 to 3 days..it's dissapointing because it's the only feature i use..

You can't send out emails that are more than 2048 KBs or 2MBs, which was corroborated by Nokia's tech support department on their Customer Care telephone number. To be frank, I havent noticed much difference after the PR 1.1 update..its still as buttery smooth as usual :)
The subtitles for avi files are perfectly synced and in a good clear font, no lag or delay..
I'm trying to get hold of an USB OTG adapter myself..havent found one yet though so am making do with the makeshift one i made for myself...
About videos, the video player handled every avi I threw at it without any conversion. And here's a bonus..it even played m4v files copied from my ipod touch without a problem but I had to rename the extension to .mp4.. funny thing is after the PR 1.1 update some of my videos (m4v files which i had renamed to .mp4) stopped being recognised again, then i changed the ext to .avi and it again played without a hitch. This probably means that the C7 has good codec support, maybe with some container recognition issues. I was impressed that it recognized .m4v files, cos I'm used to them only playing on apple hardware :)
Oh.. and another bonus.. it can play .flv videos without a problem either. Ace video player!!!
The C7 cant recognise external hdd's connected to it cos it cant supply enough power to them. It handled all the flash disks i connected though. Some websites say you can connect the charger and then it will recognize HDD's, but it didnt work for me.
Am still discovering the C7 myself..and so far, I like what I see!! Cheers!! :)

i have purchased the c6-01 today. my problem is when i slide the keylock, the screen doesn't become dark and the screen is lighted at all times. is this something specific to this set?i had a x6 previously and the screen used to become dark when i turned on the keylock. Is it a problem with my set? i think this will drain my battery.how can i solve this problem?

3. Can a usb on the go cable be bought extra. Is such cables available from brands other than nokia.
4. Do .avi videos downloadable through torrents play without conversion.
5. Did you try connecting an external HDD to your handset. I mean the ones not requiring any external power. I guess the storage format is FAT32 only.

Hi all..
I want to buy this phone but I want to know if its speakers are loud enough when ringing.. i mean do you hear it in noisy environments?
I'm a little bit worried about this for my past experience with speakers built in the back side of the phone was not that good.., and i end up missing many events.
please do you have an idea about the loudness of ringing..?

I know the micro usb connector is the same with all the new Nokia phones. What I really wanted to know is that do we connect Flash / USB drives using the same micro usb port or is the port different on the phone? in case it is the same port, then all we need is a connetor cable with a micro usb male connector to one side and a female USB connector on the other side. R u sure i shud buy this... moreI've had the C7 for a couple of months now and never faced any firmware/software problem..I've updated my firmware a week ago to PR 1.1 thru OVI suite and havent faced any problem before of after..I'm pretty happy with the phone so far..if ur thinking of a mid range symbian amartphone then you cant go wrong with this one.
