lauren, 03 Dec 2010terrible and hard to useit have manual..try to read it..it new symbian^3 platform .a lot of new feature.if you are nokia s60v3/v5 user before you will know.it easy to use compare to wm6.5....any way it a smart phone....................

happened d same to my phone also....i got it on 28th november from hyderabad, india and it died within 3 days... now given for replace.... hope i get a nice one this time...

Shanker, 03 Dec 2010Hi all,same happened to me,bought my C7 on 29th nov.On seco... moreAll the C7 users having problems with there phone,just go onto the Nokia website an you will see the Repair Section,an put in your fault an Nokia Care will then email you a reply telling you were to take your C7 to the nearest Nokia Repair Shop to get it sorted out or call them between Monday-Friday on 08450455555,an talk to them,as your C7 as a 2 year warranty with Nokia,its alot bettter than contactin your mobile operator who do not help you out sometimes

malc, 03 Dec 2010Same happened to mine but carphone warehouse replaced it s... moreProblem is Car Phone Warehouse only replace if you return it back to the shop within 28 days. I bought it whilst travelling in UK and I won't be back in uk before 28 days, and CPW will not accept that I mail it in or get someone to walk in their shop for me. That too is pretty disappoining from a huge chain like they are!

john, 02 Dec 2010is ovi maps reliable? do we need to install some other navi... morei got garmin installed and ovi maps too, on the same phone and tested both on the same areas.
after few days i have decided to get removed garmin from my phone and only continue with ovi maps; ver dissapointed of garmin despite rumors say it's best nabigation software; it provided me several times indications that were not applicable, turns left of right where there was no effective street and so on
ovi maps, ...first it's free and updates too, application is working stable and correct,precision is very good, the only issue i have notices several times, it says turn left , but display indicated right, and opposite ... anyway, for only this issue, i would say i am very satisfied; specially because of the updates and maps availability
garmin ..sorry, it's too complicate to work with the software tools and maps and so on ... but for me, i do not want to ever try it again
