According to the nokia priority centre (kolkata) c7 is going to be available at the store from tomorrow at about 19500 rupees.This was echoed by a nokia technical guy who was also present there.

referring at www.forum.nokia.com, nokia C7 and N8 does not have clearblack Amoled display...Clearblack display only got on nokia C6-01 and nokia E7-00.Correct me if im wrong.
