Then use this code to Hard Reset your phone - *#7370#. This will wipe the whole phone memory.
Now restore your backup using same Nokia/Ovi Suite.

u r having problem with ur nokia, u connect it via usb, u copy all relevant files to ur pc. then u format ur card.. ur phone will be ok

I purchased this phone last week. I m unable to play HD videos in it, no doubt it plays mp4 videos. Can I play highly HD videos in it???????

I`m only 3Moths with this phone all along everything was fine but since last week I had a problem, it is on general mode but I can`t hear it when it rings I can only see it on the screen it doesn`t give me a ring tone. I even phone nokia regarding my problem but I was told to take it back to MTN, then later I suggested to remove the battry till I get the sound but now when I`m in the sun I want to send an sms or chck the number it becomes dark later bright so I don`t know what might be a problem.

Poo, 09 Dec 2011Me and hubby has the same phone n enjoying it to the extent... moreYeah Actually u shud upgrade ur cellphone software... by giving it in Nokia Gallery.... it will take 1 hr max for the upgradation n u will get much faster and better facility on ur same cellphone... b4 doing that make sure ur taking a backup of all the content in ur phone memory... doing all those *73** whtever will not format n make ur cellphone faster...

Yeah u shud upgrade ur cellphone software.... AS EVERY six to eight months u shud upgrade cellphone software.... Try it once u will see the difference....!!!

The active connections will be shown with the option to terminate them. Otherwise go to Connectivity from Ctrl Panel and select Connection Manager. There you will find the option to end all active data connections.
