Let me see if there is ... moreDude Connected E5 in ovi sute mode.Went to software update section, downloaded all that shows 90MB when it finished downloading it said to sign in ovi to continue when try to sign in it say cannot connect to server thats the end.

      AnonD-24000, 22 Nov 2011I tried the Way u said but again same problem :( Okay, state the procedure yu use... Let me see if there is any loop hole. Do make sure the phone is plugged in the whole time.

      Also try to check this on your comp. Start>Cntrl Panel>Internet Options. Then link the connections tab. Click lan settings and make sure everything there is not checked. Or check Automatically detect.

      And, if this doen't work, download Nokia Software Updater. It will work.

                Dear friends, yesterday i bought nokia e5. still awsome, superb. i am hoping for best.it has ms office and word doc application and i have downloaded three dictionaries- collins, oxford, aed. it is really good for academicians like me.

                    Menu>Cntrl Panel>Data Mgr>App Mgr>Installed apps. Now wait a bit for it to load... Then locate your opera mini on the list and press options then go into settings then select access point and set it to none or change it to your preferred access point.

                    If the 'Settings' option. Try the Priority thing i just posted for someone else now.. But instead of the wireless AP, use your preferred AP as top priority.

Look to the letf of the Nokia Suite tab, u'll see connect to internet there... Do the necessary apn, username and password settings. And you are good to go! And please don't ask me what are the settings for APN, user and pass, because it differs. Depending on your Operator.

                      For example, MTN Nigeria is

                      APN : web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
                      User : web
                      Pass : web

                      So sometyn like dat! Call ur customer care service for Manual Configuration.

Now change priority of the wireless AP to 1st. Then go back one step. Back to Destination now. Now set internet as your default connection.

                        Try Nokia store again.

                          Please backup and hard rest your phone... If you are not sure it is a set alarm or scheduled task that keeps turning on you phone. Hard reset code is *#7370#

                                I wanted a blackberry, but gave it up. I feel the Nokia is just as capable. In comparison to the Nokia C3 which is a better fone. The Nokia E5 or the Nokia C3. Also do they have the same functions as the Blackberry? Help me make a choice.
