In the package there is a data cable, charger, cable for old chargers and a mono-headset.

Overall the phone works very well. The email support is excellent, opening office documents is brilliant.Regarding speed, it is as fast or faster than my old SE T630.

Is this phone's speed good enough??
Somewhere I read that it takes 4 secs to open the Write New Message option ( if it's set as a short cut from main screen ). Is this true??
Could someone compare the speed of User Interface of E50 and 6230i???
          Thanks

            Dear all,

What is included in this phone's sales package (apart from the phone itself & the charger)? I mean is there a data cable and/or a headset included in the box?

            Thanks.

This phone has pros and cons. I have had it for 4 days. On the pro side, it is quad, it supports IMAP and POP3, with SSL, and it does not lock up. But the biggest is that it functions flawlessly with an old ATT GSM SIM card. I have had so much trouble getting a newer phone to work properly with that SIM and I don't want to change my plan.

On the down side, there are two showstoppers: the font is really small and hard to read any time, let alone when driving. Second, there is no way to enter voice tags. The voice is pre-recorded and does not recognize my voice. This is really a pain. Does anyone know how to get around this? Is there a firmware update to solve these two problems?

The keypad is good. The "click" sounds it makes might feel to loud for some, but i find it quite nice.

Yes the E50 has speech capabilities. It can read messeges and help you in the menus.

This phone is all right, except a thing. When u got a message for xmple, and your phone had been switched off by the time, when u first turned it on, the date of the message matches with the time yuu just switched your phon on. So if someone sent you a message 2 days ago,(and you phone is off then and after 2 days forxmple) u never gonna find out the exact date and time when was the message sent, if u SWITCH YOUR PHONE ON TODAY. So it quite made me sad, anyone has anything to do with it, or solve it?
                            Thanks
                            Peter

People say that E60 has some ptoblems with MS Outlook synchronization and Symbian OS in general. Does anybody noticed such a problem with the E50?

this device is great,,,not as costy as the n-series mobiles, but with the same speed and same sympian abilities, and 1.3 mpixel camera is quit enough, screen is very good in resolution but not size,,,the only things my 6630 is superior to this one is it´s shape and 3g capabilities,,,other wise this one is a good budget replacment of it...

When I said the system response a little bit slow; I compared it with BlackBerry 7130, and Treo650; It's not a big deal, I love this phone; its voice recognition feature, VPN, PTT, great sound quality, very solid and compact, good battery life... I love it.
It is great business phone with many features.
