I have been using this phone for a week now. So far I am very happy with the phone and to say the truth I personally never liked Nokia Phones.
The prime reason to buy this phone is to use the VOIP feature. and it does work great.
Plus Now I am online 24/7 on all my internet messengers such as Skype, Google Talk, MSN etc... using both wifi and 3G.

I had a problems also with memory card, data disappeared with no reason, then I bought better memory card and everything now is ok, maybe that is your problem too. Does anybody now links for downloading skype and msn for E51?

iis this normal? when i turned off my e51, and turn it back on the wall paper disappears which is saved in the memory card?
and all my files cant be seen which are in the memory card i need to remove the memory card and put it back it before the phone can read it... what can i do? need some advice. tthanks!

Iv by this phone yesterday..and i can say that this is a great phone!!!!! The best phone iv ever used!!!! Go Nokia!!!!!!

The Nokia E51 is a great phone I have tow of them now for over 8 months now. One of the best phone there for my need. Ony Nokia missed on flash and can not recharge by PC while you using it on PC. I do not understand why Nokia missed on this feature?

A ... morethe N81 is a fantastic looking phone i must say but when it comes to value for money its not the best phone. have you noticed the price difference of the 2 phones? there's a large gap between the prices. and i cant understand why. well on the other hand the 2 phones, the E51 and the N81 are built for 2 different markets. the N81 for gaming and music lovers and the E51 for the business crowd. basically both phones have almost the same features though the E51 don't have the superb gaming capabilities as the N81. well to replace that weakness the E51 fights back by having the blackberry technology in it. so are the N81 customers paying the extra sum for the design? i think you should go for the E51 mate. but be advised the E51 has no flasher for the camera and the screen is a bit smaller than the N81.

Hai. I want some help. I can upgrade and have 2 choises. A nokia e51 and nokia n81. I love my music, and the wi fi in both phones is a real winer! i live in South Africa. The n81 comer with a 2gig micro sd card and the e51 without one. I also love the fact that the e51 has nice functions for bissnes. I am currently n university student and studying for construction manager and stil have 4 years to go. So what do you think?

I bought 2 units Nokia E51, one Zitron, one Avaxx.
I can save the sms either in Phone Memory or Memory Card with my Avaxx phone and I can view all sms saved in both Phone Memory or Memory Card.
I'm unable to save the sms in Memory Card with my Zitron phone,sms can only be saved in Phone Memory or No Name,once the sms are transferred from Phone Memory and saved in No Name, the sms can'nt be viewed. Can anybody tell me how to save sms in Memory Card for E51 Zitron phone? TQ.

Wong, 12 Jun 2008E51 is a "business" phone, 6300 is just an ordinary phone. ... moreBoth phones are business class phones. just because the 6300 isn't a smart phone doesn't mean that its just a phone. the thing is the E51 has taken business to the next level.

Mani (karachi), 12 Jun 2008thanx for your information. one more question plz tell me w... moreThe 6300 has the voice enhancement feature which helps you to have conversations by not yelling at your phones in crowded places. but the E51 is also very good. comparing the battery life you really should be looking at the E51 because the 6300's battery dies fast unless it has a BL-C5 battery instead of the BL-C4. i recommend the E51.
