i know that we can attach stuff to our e-mails but to use that facility there should be a service provider to do so. and most countries don't have that sort of service provider. agree?

(*) Slight GAP between the metalic frame and the volume Up/Down/Mute keys.
(*) Creaky voice produced when pressing the GREEN key and when touching the metallic frame near to the Volume/Sound Recorder keys.
(*) Does the above TWO concern a common issue to ALL E51 or specific to certain handsets. Kindly CONFIRM.

..Hi Again!! lock for Adjusts/conecctions/WirelessLAN/Avanced settings.. tnen change the frecuency intensity of 100mw to 10 mw or even 4mw if u like it... Whit this u can avoid one of the mayor problems on this model" overheating during Wifi use " and defenitly save ALOT of battery life and of course stand by and talking time....

Hello mates! I'm E5.1's new user, it's a superb device, but has its lacks as well the mayor for me, the umpleasent clear key, and for thoses who experience overheating, set WiFI power domw from .100mw to 10 or even 4mw: conections/wifi/options/advanced settings.. Absolutly superb result- now getting 3 or 4 days stand by sensible talk time, try it! And see... Best regards.

You Have to setup the email account that you use first. You can not send an email without you have an account.
I Mean By "Your Email Account" the Name of your Email Box. Everyone has an Email different than the Other.

Yes You can send Emails with attachements. To do That Do the Following:
A- Strat Create New E-Mail Message:
----------------------------------------------
Press Menu>Messaging>Your Email Account>Options>Create message>E-mail>
B- Then To Add Attachements:
---------------------------------------------
Press Options>Insert>Other>Phone memory OR Your Memory Card>Browse for the File you Want>Select>
By this way you can add any Type of attachements you want.

ahmad the if you have situation like that, just change date in phone, ex from 2008 to 2007 or 2006, you must check, then app. will instal.

To NokiaFan,
you can't attach stuff to your e-mails with this phone. Besides that you can do the other things like download you attachments, forward and send your mails with rich text and so on. Also bare in mind that you can install the blackberry application on this phone and use it as a blackberry. In Sri Lanka we have that ability.

I am planning to buy a new nokia. My priority is net surfing and emailing, texting. This E51 selling at an attractive price interests me. But I haven't used an enterprise cellphone before. Just like Nokiafan, I also love to know if this phone is sufficient for complete emailing with facilities of adding photos, and other attachments using the phone only. Actually I don't have any personal computer yet. So, pls someone help! Thanks a lot.

well,
my operator provides GPRS nothing else but i have a wifi at home and office, how can i configure my yahoo and hotmail on my E51 on the box a URL named www.nokia.com/mea/email but it is not working i heared about a server named www.nokiamobileemail.com alot of my friends using it but it is now not working my operator is not listed in the setting wizard please help, .....,help,.....,help

To Winura, KLD AND ALL OTHER E51 users,
I am new to business phones but I start to love my newly bought E51.
Please tell me how I can add attachments like photos, voice, documents etc in my Emails sent exclusively with E51? Is it possible? Please help! As I don't carry laptops, this is necessary for sending rich & quality mails on the go! And please let me know how is the overall emailing experience (both sending and receiving) with this nice device ! A lot lot lots of THANKS IN ADVANCE !

I am now on my third E51 within a week the first had a very low battery life (2days) and when I charged it the battery stared getting hot. It was exchanged by my dealer for no 2 this one apparently had courrupt software causing the push buttons to not work. Again it was exchanged 3rd time lucky I hope. I love the features and design however im truly sceptical now after having these problems. Has anyone had the same problems as me or can I write it off as a bad batch.
