Every smartphone supports GPS via Bluetooth connection. I've an E50 phone and it working just fine with my Holux GPSlim236 bluetooth GPS receiver (tried with TomTom and Route66 software). And thus - there is no reason that GPS will not working on E51 (or any other smartphone).
Now I'm looking for the upgrade to my E50 and E51 looks like a perfect candidate with all that I liked on my E50 plus WiFi and faster processor :-)
Just one thing bothers to me... the battery life (and because that, I changet the battery on my E50 with more powerfull one, but on E51 specifications I didn't see an alternative battery). What is the actual battery life for the E51?

Been with the E51 for a week now. Absolutely fabulous phone. It just connects everywhere!! Nice design too except for the steel which takes lots of forensic evidence!

E51 and 6500?? it's different.... depend on what you need..
6500 slice more stylely, less performance..
I prefer E51..
E51 is the best phone that ever made by nokia..

@anne
if u need 2 edit office document, there is no way beside upgrade quick office on ur e51, there is additional cost of course. If u dont want 2 pay, find ilegal one, or another software, office suite. U dont have 2 pay it and still can edit word & excel document but with some annoying things, 2 remove that annoying things, u need 2 buy full version of office suite. Hope it will work.

I have heard that Gizmo is supposed to work well on the E51, but I have never tried it myself.

I am using the settings for an ordinary SIP-account that I signed up for with one of the IP-Telephone providers on the market. The SIP-account gives me an ordinary telephone number to use that looks local. I have a modest WLAN at home provided by a simple D-link modem.
Once I had the correct settings I configured the SIP-profile on the phone and then started using VoIP by dialing an ordinary number. It was as easy as that. The calls I have made have been suprisingly clear and of good quality, so I decided to give up my landline today. :-)

Thank you :)

It's an excellent cell phone in every respect. I quite like its conservative design, but most of all I like the features the E51 is loaded with. I can connect to anything almost anywhere. I even managed to set up the VoIP without trouble. For this price, the features are a bargain.

Hi Gedde! I'm extremely impressed with E51's features, and plan to buy it; I already ahve an E61i. Editor's review says E51 doesnt have Office documents editing feature; and document editing is a must-have for me. Is there a way out- spending on Quickoffice-editing version will work?? Thanks.

just got this phone from germany (ebay), excellent phone with fantastic wireless features. If you had the E60 before, then their isnt much difference apart from the weight which is so much lighter! Recommended, charge time is about 1.5Hrs if not quicker.
