This phone is really good. I do not understand the negative opinions here. The only real flaw is the diode light seen under "home" button, which is a small costmetic imperfection. Otherwise there are absolutely no problems. The battery is bottomless, and the whole device looks great. We have 3 pieces in the company, bought from the Czech provider (O2). All 3 pieces are without any problems.

like many here i still own the E51 and going good. i really wish and do hope so nokia brings out an upgraded firmware version of this E52 soon.

mates i have a question for u. i owned a E51 and i am planing to buy the E52. are ALL the E52 full of problems?? I am from Greece and none of the dealers in my area noticed any problems in any of the E52 that sold since the first day. Whats wrong mates??

Just bought this phone,love it,great phone indeed !!!

All the comments,whether positive or negative that you've go through with..i suggest that please read the reviews that gsmarena.com already did.it's much more convincing and near the reality of the phone capability itself.

Yes you can sync E52 with PC. Just use Nokia PC Suite to get the job done. It's available on the memory card that comes with the phone and also available at europe.nokia.com.

My friend many of the things you said make sense. Especially the demand of time it takes to test these things. To release phones more quickly, once Nokia sees that the basics are working fine they release it and in the future release firmware updates to fix whatever bugs they stumble across in the long run.
I agree on this all.
However, where pricing is concerned, that is another story. When my E51 was released the price was 350 Euro before taxes.
8 months later, the E71 was released and cost the same 350 Euro before taxes...whereas, if the E51 and E71 was released at the same time the E71 would have cost more. So where pricing is concerned I wouldn't really say E71 is better because it cost more etc.
It's like a store here in my country, they had some memory cards selling and when the new batch arrived the new batch was cheaper than the old batch and I'm talking about same capacity and same brand. Yet the old prices remained the same. This would make some people scratch their heads and wonder why same brand and same capacity have different pricing.
My point to all this is the E71 is no longer manufactured and whatever the last reduced price is, will probably stay the same until it completely phases out.
Bear in mind also that the new E72, regardless of the 5MP camera and increased internal memory, is the same 350 as the E71 last year and E51 year before.
So it's tricky to judge a smart phone based on the price because when you look into it, the E52 and E72 has the same features expect for camera, memory and keypad type.

The Nokia E52 may be manufactured in in stunning black or Elegant white just like the Nokia E55 color shcemes. It's a much needed cosmetic uplift from the Boring grey and mundane brown which Nokia E52 is currently wearing.
I for one...think that both new colors look Great. :D

hey all e series lovers...........well i too am a big follower of this e series of nokia.....but e52 has disappointed me to the core.1st to start with the bad reviews everyone is throwing about it and to end with no availibility in goa.......nokia shud do something about this phone and get it available in goa.
