Just want to check if this E55 has been launched yet in Indonesia. Because I know E52 is on the market now.
what is the big difference between E55 & E52? any review from user?

I tried it out today in Greece. It has perfect build quality. The Half QWERTY keyboard is very nice. The price is 315 euro with TAX in PLAISIO.

Nokia E55 is avaible in Poland. By now only through Nokia Shop. I just received my package. I'll post my opinion in a few days.

If nokia E52 and E55 are the same phone with different keyboards then Why are their SAR values different?
Nokia E52 SAR - 1.24

I don't understand why in the specifications of GSM Arena for this phone and for others like E52, they have HTML Browser and Nokia 5630 XpressMusic what have the same OS browser and in the specs appears like being WAP/xHTML only, what it isn't true. GSM Arena take this in mind, the web browser is the same as in the E55 as in the 5630.

I like it, but the problem is.. not all my business correspondence understand english. So I have to use bhs most of the time typing messages. I hope to make it easier and faster with E55. if you don't mind with baggy phone, E72 is a sure bet. Adikku owns E71 and he loves it.

talking about predictive input, do you really think that you need that predictive input? I myself often write an sms that were not in dictionary to cut cost several character. I often use a mix of english and indonesian word too. so, for me predictive input is very not necessary.
For me, I think I might get the E72 to replace my oldie E61i and Nokia 5530 or Nokia E52 (still haven't decide which one to get) to replace my other GSM. (I have 2 GSM + 1 CDMA).

in the meantime I used my K750 & N82.
the E55 is to replace my k750i. I don't need good camera in E55 you know why :).

anyway.
I have bad experience with BM stuff. When I bought my first smartphone (Nokia 3650), and my second smartphone (Nokia 6600). I wasn't aware that nokia has an original store. I went to Roxy square & mangga 2. There were thousands of handphone store. Therefore, I thought that's the way to buy handphone.
It turn out that the batery that I got were replaced with non original nokia (both the 3650 & 6600). The phone it self were original and have a good quality. After that 2 phone, I never look at the bm store. The funny thing is, if you compare to all nokia original store (era, sentra, global, oke) the original nokia store sell the phone cheaper than the BM store, and you can use credit card without 3% surcharge in the original store. So why buy it in BM store that risking you a fake batery pay a bit more...???

So even if you can get BM unit, but no predictive it's just a waste.

This phone was supposed to come out Q2 2009. What gives??! Looks like Nokia's gotten cold feet.
Understandable given the just plan lame camera and video recording capabilities. More end of 2007 than 2009 spec...
