Very nice phone/BB Replacement. MailforExchange works like a charm but cannot handle Meeting requests. RoadSync works brilliantly but cannot open attachments :(. Solution: Have both on there with MailForExchange to sync only email and not cal/contacts. Though Mailforexchange does not work with Accesspoint groups but I find that a but buggy with multiple access points. Sleek Design and feature packed.
If you want the missing Camera and FM Stereo then check out the N80 but it comes with more weight.
Battery life of E61 seems better then E60 but thats probably because it has a better battery.. E60 has the traditional nokia battery and the traditional charger unlike the N series and E61

Damn, why they had to remove the camera and the FM stereo? The camera is always convenient when u need to take a picture out of the blue. Those who dont like the camera, you dont have to use it. But the idea of a camera phone should always be there.

I think the battery life is good, mine last for 3 full days (36 hours) with normal use (20 minutes calls per day, wifi, 10 sms).

I just broght the Nokia E60. It is a great phone in many ways with excellent feature, BUT the foundation to carry it all is NOT there!? The battery does not even last 24 hours, even with just a few calls during the day the phone dies during the night. I haven even tried two different batteries with the same result. I think this is a very serious issue, and will get myself another phone that last way longer that this one.

I read somewhere that the instant messaging application for this phone can only be used with 3G and not with WLAN. Is this true?

No cam - brilliant.
Finally a phone without a camera. If you want a camera go and choose one of the other thousands of mobile phones with cameras built in.
This is aimed at the business market.

If your getting an error when you try to install some thing here is what to do:
Go to tools/app. manager/options/settings and change software installation from signed only to all. That should fix your problem.

1. yes you can, as long you have internal memory.
2. not sure... never tried but you can save vcard on the memory card and then save it to phone book.

Sorry to say but this phone IS kinda slow, but im not surprised. Its packed with functions that use alot of juice so that should not be a problem for most users.

The E60 review says there is no limit on the number of contacts can be put in the phone book. I would appreciate if someone answer me these questions:
1,Assuming one phone number per contact, can I put 4000 contacts in the phone book ?
2,Can I put contact in the memory card ? if yes, can I dial from the memory card ?
Thanks

To Andy about clear email.
Try to reply somebody message, in this moment your E60 ask again for password your mailbox. You confirm. Messege will send and Inbox folder will clear every message that you mark as "delet from phone and server".

Just bought one E60 and think it's awsome!
Does anyone have experience on connecting and syncronizing with a Mac-computer OS 10.4.6? The iSync-software says that it does not support this phone?!
I would be very grateful for any comments
