Iam basically Mobile Phone DOCTER.I HAVE RED ALL OF YOUR OPINIONS ABOUT THIS DEVICE. so many persons changing their devices.
really first understood which device is suitable for u.So many persons are thinking all features in one device they are expecting like this.
generally mobile phone purpose is communication.after that they need camera in that after wap ,edge,wlan,3g,4g phones with all features even front camera also people needed.here
i intend to tell just think daily in our country twenty types of handsets are releasing.
just think that it is possible to purchace all these sets.for example we have handy cam for taking videos.but we want that feature in our sets.it is risk process.kindly don't waste your money for this type of luxury.

Another problem using E61 with Gmail.
I have been using my E61 with Gmail for quite a while now. It looks pretty strange that when I connect to Gmail, all my mails on E61 are removed, but those mails still exist on the server. The new e-mails are still replicated to my phone correctly, but after I disconnect and connect to Gmail, these mails on my E61 are removed again (T-T).
Anyone can help me with this? Otherwise, I do not have any more problems with my E61. (>_

Thanks. I can finally backup my E61 =) using the newest version of Nokia PC Suit. It is pretty unusual that the version of Nokia PC Suit that comes with my E61 package is not compatible with the phone itself! (T-T)
Well, if anyone else has the same/similar problem, please try downloading the newest version of your Nokia PC Suit. This might solve your problem =)

This is the best Nokia phone I used by far. It has all the applications needed to sync with the email accounts at work or the personal one.
I love it and I think its worth buying, they only thing i missed in this phone is the fax applications, it would have been excellent if it had that service within or if by any chance Nokia can add this application as a software download.
Love the E61 and I think I will stick to it for a long time.

Just got my E61. Love it. But it seems to be quite buggy. Hung twice just on the first day of using it.
WLAN - fast n impressive.
Blackberry Connect - works perfectly. Installation and configuration was easy and fast. Within 15min i got my corp emails delivered onto my E61.
Agile Messenger beta - for MSN Messenger/Yahoo/ICQ etc works also. However need to get the .SiS file onto the phone first then install using App Mgr. Cant seem to install directly using web browser via my home WLAN
Supports Chinese Characters!!

Only 1 problem so far:
Phone book. Cant get the contacts to be sorted by "First name, Last name". BUG i think. cos it resets to "Last Name, First Name", eventhough i set it as "First Name, Last Name". Anyone has this problem?

Got this phone in S'pore yesterday.
Support Chinese input through Pin Ying.
Great phone, with good features.
The only down side that I see and no one posted here before is that the package did not include a pouch or cover for this phone like BB does ..... and I can't find any one selling a suitable one here.

Hi, I had (it fell in the toilet last night and is now fried) a Blackberry 8700g and I am trying to decide whether to stick with Blackberry or switch to Nokia E61. A friend has one and he is raving about it but other reviews on the net aren't giving it high marks. For those of you who own it, do you suggest it over the bberry? Thanks!

I finished my backup through USB.
I'm using PC Suite 6.80.22
The only error is it says it cannot include contacts in the backup, as it is not compatible with other phones.
Duh! I thought backup was for E61, who cares about transfering to other phone.

Its a very very good phone .. much faster than the Nokia 9500 & 9300 ..
it could be the best is there was just a 1mp camera on it ..

Hi,
I also just got my phone. I was trying to use both USB cable and IrDA to backup my phone using Backup application coming with Nokia PC Suite.
When I start my backup, it runs for 1%, and said that the phone was disconnected, and please reconnect the phone. The problem is...the phone is really connected.
I have tried for many times, but still couldn't backup my phone.
Does anyone have idea?
