My Nokia E7 keyboard is not working and opens in landscape only. Can naubody knows how to fix these problems.

dont listen to some of the haters of this phone, i have had this phone for nearly two weeks and it is fantastic. the screen is brilliant and it is not slow at all. the keyboard is probably the best available at the moment and the battery is ok. my phone has no network branding so that could explain why i love this phone and the software is quite slick (for symbian anyway) honestly i beleve this is the best or one of the best handsets out there at the moment and ive had alot of phones including the iphone 4. i am not ranting about this and that this is a honest review of this handset i hope it helps.

That's too much to answer. Why don't you read each phone's specs, compare them, and then decide for yourself.

These are two totally different phones. There isn't any definite answer to your question.

No, it doesn't have an FM transmitter.
Why do you want to buy it from US if you're in India?! If you do that, you won't be able to use phone's warranty, and if it turns out that your phone has a tint issue, then you won't be able to do anything about it. Buy it form a nokia store in your country.
Some E7's suffer from an excessive purple tint issue. Check the phone in the store before buying it.
To do that, play the phone's pre-loaded videos and check the pre-loaded pictures too. Also look at the lock-screen's analog clock. Do these at different light settings. If there is a tint issue, it will be visible.
P.S. I have to apologize. Skype on symbian^3 does not support video calls; only voice calls, for now.
You can use fring for video calls instead.

well we cant say s3 is not slow.
As a matter of fact i used e7 nd i thnk it performs a lil better than n8.moreover it has a slide qwerty keypad.itz btter than n8 if v count out the unwanted luxury in n8 lyk the 12mp camera

Yes. You can download it from ovi store or skype's website.

No. All those people who are saying it's slow, are flat out lying.
Watch this video. It applies to E7 too, because both N8 and E7 run on Symbian^3 and have the same CPU, RAM and GPU.

Yes, some of them are affected by "excessive purple tint" issue.
Check the phone at store before buying, but know this that a slight amount of color tint is considered to be normal for AMOLED displays.

Hi..
I want to buy new phone but i am getting confuse what to buy after reading all the comments..Either i will go for Iphone, N8 or E7 or try new brand like Samsung or Sony Ericson...Currently i am using HTC and i find this mobile worth...

Read the specs, it is only 680 Mhz, other phones are 1.2 Ghz. That piece of phone will soon to be endangered species.

Hai Friends i have used many Mobiles in which i have to give a honest comments on each one.
1. iphone 3gs it has 600 Mhz never had a hanging problem runs games smooth with HD, disadvantage is poor batray life
2. Samsung Jet it has 800 Mhz runs smoothly good 5 MP camera but poor applications
3. Samsung Ominia II same 800 Mhz with WIN 6.5 good camera, good battery, GPS was amazing some reason i changed to the best
4. N900 ultra compact computer with 600 Mhz it has the best multitasking we ca say it as king in multitasking. one of the best os i have used. the only drawback was the Apps
Now presently using Xperia X10
this is highest CPU which i have used with 1 Ghz. Android is good only for app not for any other. Multitasking sucks compared to N900. HD games not smooth as Iphone. Battery worst
u cant control the program running. the only advantage in X10 is the camera. for which i am having a Sony NEX5 which is far batter.
Now i want to go with E7 any genuine user please replay
can we compare it with N900
How about the multitasking
Regarding App i'm not a crazy fellow i'll use Sugic, Skype, and little games
