This is., 06 Dec 2010This is the thing. You don't need more than 16GB you know w... moreOk, you try now. Bring an external harddrive. You do know that even if you use UBS powered external drive you need an active USB hub? Coz the fone cant provide enough usb power.
I had N900, it has 32gig, not enough, used memcard in addition. N900 also has USB-OTG but its for toying around with, its not a practical feature. In extreme cases you may use it to connect your pendrive, even that is impractical when on the go.
For a multimedia device 16 gig is not enough. But E7 has much more serious problems (symbian/slow processor/low screen res) so who cares... Its a POS

This is the thing. You don't need more than 16GB you know why? This model supports USB on go. You know what that means. It means that you just buy the blug in and voila,then you can plug memorystick's how big you ever want or even 2000GB outer harddrives. So that would make it 2016GB right? Enough memory for you 2016GB?

The Nokia Clear Black even beats iPhone 4 in sunlight and indoors. Everywhere else it is about just as good as the iPhone 4.(You can't even see these things with eye). Nokia Clear Black is even a bit better than Super Amoled. GET IT? CLEAR BLACK. (NEW SCHREEN SURFACE TECNOLOGY).

Symbian OS can support high end processor and resolution...The only thing is that Nokia has to rewrite the drivers.
1Ghz and high resolution Symbian phone is coming up next year.

When I used an N97, I set up the default zoom and font level on Opera Mini, so that I hardly ever need to zoom in or out. The same for my Desire Z. I hardly ever need to pinch zoom after I set up the correct default zoom level and font size.
The default zoom level you need depends on your browser and the screen size. The resolution does not matter as much at a certain point for reading text. At a resolution of 360x640, there should be not problem with reading text.

E7 may come with the updated browser for all symbian^3 devices.

Most of the sites I go to has plenty of text. You do not need a retina display to read comfortably. I can read them comfortably on my N97.
A good web browsing experience depends more on the web browser. It has to be fairly fast and be able to show the content of the page. The N8 browser has shown to be umacceptably slow on some web pages. Even with Opera Mini, it cannot show some content (Flash).
I have heard that the E7 browser is better than that of the N8. I have not yet been able to verify this as of yet.

You think we are all s2pid, you think we havent had 5800, N97, 5530, whatever? Yah, lots of us had 640x360 phones and dont wanna go back there. Its so totally not enough for webbrowsing and whatever, you name it. Threaded SMS, much better on higher res, documents, photos, everything is better on higher res.
Display real estate is not about inches, but about resolution. Why else do all the reviews say iphone is better for webbrowsing, when it has smaller display than for example galaxy S? Coz it has higher resolution ofcors! See, even 800x480 is not enough, and then it should still be possible to convince us that 640x360 is enough? In your dreams maybe.
i bet, Nokia is probably more frustrated than me about the symbian limitations, they dont want to use low res displays or use Arm11, but Symbians limitations force them to. Sad story, there is no winners here, only thing to do is change brand.

You always complain about the resolution of the schreen. Well the thing is this. If you put an 400 times 800 you CAN'T actually see the difference in there. Human eye is a weird thing right? Another thing. Nokia nHD+Clear Black is ABOUT AS GOOD AS A SUPER AMOLED. GET IT? The clear black makes the colours more natural even in sunlight

They have to consider developers. With this resolution, it means that you can also use tons of softwares available for S60v5 resolutions, opera mini and the rest of them. If they just come up with rash resolution and no software to support it, you guys will be the one to complain. Its high time we started to THINK!
