balls, 01 Apr 2013very good phone just that the battery life is limited ans t... moreHang problem can be solved by long press the home button and closed all open apps, or restart the phone by long press the power button.
Short battery life can be solved by getting a power bank.

If you don't know how to do it and you insist to downgrade your phones software I advise you to let a professional do it. I also posted about this issue before replying to you.

Regarding the micro USB charging port on the Nokia E7-00: I had to fix E7-00 charging port twice. It is a hardware issue and the only thing I can suggest is to handle the port gingerly and try not to handle the phone while there is something plugged into the micro USB port. It is an internal contact problem that doesn't effect all phones and it is really sad that Nokia doesn't rectify it by recalling the defective units.

For the person that wants to go from Belle to Anna: Belle refresh build 111.040.1511 is the newest software out for the E7-00. You can only downgrade to Symbian Anna by totally reinstalling the software on the phone. Way too long for me to write down here, but you can do a search on the net how to do it. Although I don't advise you to do it if you don't have a vast knowledge regarding mobile phones. Try to find someone in your area who can downgrade the soft for you eg. phone shop, Nokia service.

I once had a problem with E7 (International Version) and I think I know something which can help you..If you feel that your phone has hanged from third party apps, try to contact Nokia care center. If you have or have not installed anything incompatible, you could try this...
If you can risk to hard reset (restore factory settings - you loose all data if not backed up)your phone, follow these instructions.
1. Power off device
2. Press vol. down, Camera,and menu continually..then power on releasing power button only after first vibration and the other three after Nokia "Shaking hands" logo appears.
3. Smile if it works
4. Do not throw it down if it does not work,..charge phone for at least one hour and try again.
5. All the best.

I am a Nokia Communicator phones user since 1998 when I first use the Nokia 9110 (9210 in 2000, 9210i in 2002, 9500 in 2004 and E90 in 2007 ) until the present model (E7-00) , so far this phone is ok but compare it to the E90, the E90 is still the best for me.

Why nobody help me, please if anyone have idea how to solve my problem with navigation issue on Nokia maps, will be very appreciated.
I tried everything: change position methods,change server,re-install maps and nothing, still cant navigate neither WALK or DRIVE,just stay on GPS WAITING.
PLEASE SOLUTION.
