iphone 4 may have been selling a lot.. but a big percent of its consumers are not satisfied.

    Including my cousin..
The back part (glass) of his phone was shattered after throwing it in the wall because he can't send his msgs.
After a week he found out that he's not the one having that problem. Pity he cant sell it with shattered back part.

Well it may be not the best seller but it doesnt mean its not a better phone.
It has almost all the features that i need including 'real multitasking' (even first Symbian phone can do that.)

A phone and a tablet i know can't do that simple feature but it still costs a lot.

Oh, not to mention the bluetooth file transfers ROFL

And install apps on external memory.

You didnt answer my question genius:

Can an iOS or Android run with 332mhz CPU and 128mb ram?!

TOUCH THE E7 or any other Symbian^3 device first before making your conclusions.
I dont trust your stup!d hypothesis.

Your guessing where i am from?

Is that youre doing all this time? Just guessing?!

OMG im talking to a complete r3tard!!

2toyzki, 09 Oct 2010Wow, u used a lot of Nokia phones! You said your not sat... moreROFL and yes the only android device by samsung that uses an 800MHz CPU is for chinese market ONLY. Who said I was dissatisfied with Nokia the entire time? I bought it again because I was satisfied with the experience up until the N900 genius.

OMG really? It runs Maemo?! OH wow i thought it ran super duper fancy symbian? Go back a couple pages and read my earlier post to other people on here. I never said anything about the N900 being a Symbian devices genius.

LOL I never said anything about N900 hanging. I don't get where you think im dissatisfied with Nokia phones because it "hangs". So unless you're from china there is no 800MHz cpu android for you. So are you from china?

You said your not satisfied with it but keeps on buying phones from nokia..who's the big idi0t?!

If you really are not satisfied with it in the 1st place, why buy it over and over again?

Now your reputation has gone down a notch.

          N900 runs maemo.
You said you bought one, but i bet you haven't touched one based on your opinions.

im a N900 user, its blazing fast even faster than my cousin's iphone4.
And guess what, it NEVER hangs a single time eversince i bought it.

The Android phone (it runs eclair by the way) i was talking about, i sell it 30% of its price, its so pathetic and i replaced it with N900.

ShameOnNokia, 09 Oct 2010Also you've said you've used Android devices using 800Mhz? ... moreIt seems you don't do your homework well.

There's an android phone running 800mhz from Samsung.

            Less Talk, Less Mistakes.

So stop bashing nokia/symbian, you won't get a single penny for that.

CAN iOS or Android do that with only 332mhz of CPU and 128mb RAM?

FACT: The phone was almost 3 years ago plus, The Symbian version it runs is just version 9.2 (the old e63 and n79 was 9.3) so obviously its outdated but, it runs well given the low amt of RAM and not-so-fast CPU.

Not to mention the camera that is comparable with the present phones.

Seriously you nokia fanboys are just beyond funny. You try to justify your obsession and backing of one company and make up all these absurd comments about their competitors yet you know nothing about their competitors. You even resort to making up fake devices trying to give yourself "experience" to justify your dislike of said competitor. LOL, atleast I have experience using Symbian devices, like I said I've used N80/N91/N95-1/N900/E71-X/E71-2 and Aside from the N95/E71's the rest failed to impress.

That's funny, the only android devices using an 800 MHz cpu aren't out yet. 800MHz is either a Qualcomm scorpion or a down clocked Snapdragon, and all those devices have at least 512MB of ram. So thanks but nice try on the lie. Maybe that device lagged because its non existent and you gotten it from a parallel dimension or something where such a device exist.

You're a serious moron if you think it is. The video poster is a serious moron he calls ram "M B". Supposedly he has "music running in the background"? I don't hear any music. Yeah.. nice try buddy, most of those things are just opened menu's not running applications.

Can your Android or iOS can do that with only 332mhz CPU and only 128mb RAM?

You see? The point is, Symbian doesn't require lots of ram, it can run on low amount of resources.

Ive used an Android phone with 800mhz CPU and 256Mb of RAM but F#@*! it hangs a lot!!!

iOS doesnt do real multitasking and NOT ON ALL APPS!! wtf?! i wont spend $600 with that garbage!!!
(Not to mention the faulty antennae..)

watching Gizmodo's 'how usable is your N8' video and it never fails to make me laugh =^o^=

Why did the iphone4 have RUBBER CASE?!
i thought 'usability' was the issue?

                      They should have removed the case to SHOW WHICH PHONE IS REALLY USABLE O U T - O F - T H E B O X!

Very PATHETIC for a $600 garbage.

The default browser that comes with the N97 is not particularly good with the text readability of the default font. I use Opera Mini for most of my internet browsing and the font I choose is bigger and thus makes viewing web pages better.

I use different apps and each use different fonts. I would say that the text readability is pretty good on all the apps that I use because of the font used. If the apps on the E7 used the same fonts as these same apps on the N97, I would not think that there would be any issues with text readability. The E7 screen has the same resolution of the N97, but everything would just be 14% bigger on a 4" screen compared to a 3.5" screen. Maybe I'll just be able to see individual pixels more clearly. I'm not sure if this is going to be an issue until I actually look at one.

All mobile OS that has the ability to multitask can theoretically run 50 simultaneous applications. Android included, however the obviously only limiting factor is hardware. There again is Nokia's downfall. While other OS can multitask to a higher extent due to their more than generous hardware, Nokia will be limited to the measly amount. Its pretty stupid of him to even make the claim asking me if android/iOS can run 50 simultaneous applications while Nokia/Symbian can't. Its basically as moronic as him asking me to show him android/iOS creating a black hole to justify the superiority of Nokia/Symbian.

Stuntman, 07 Oct 2010I think that regardless of whether the screen resolution is... more640x360 on 4"? Well back in 2004 i got "super mega cool" PDA with the space tech screen of 640x480 on 4" screen (it had impressive resolution compared to other 320x240). That was the main reason i spend 400 USD on that. Now 6 years later i know 3 things:
600(800) x 480 resolution is bare minimum for good text readablity (supposedly clear type is ON).
processor power is important for computing intensive operations but 640 MHz on 6 year old technology (Xscale) is good for general purpose mobile applications (except flash rich web pages rendering)
memory is extremly important especially for multitasking. more GB is better. I mean not ROM or flash or whatever but RAM. By the way vendors announce all RAM in specs but not the ammount available to user apps.
