Someone was using my E7 to capture video and the battery blacked out in the process. The video part of the phone had not worked since and it keeps saying there is an internal error and i need to restart the phone or camera. But when I restart and of them, the video still doesnt work. Can someone help me with this.
Its a really good phone otherwise.

I have used it for more than a year. Symbian^3 was OK. Anna update was a bit better. Nokia Belle OS is a crap, its pissing on most of the S60 UI conventions. Qt UI is a bit unfinished and a bit rough on the edges. Ovi suit was OK, Nokia suit is a crap/

I have a Nokia e7 the flash light is always flashing on its own thereby affecting the battery life. What could be the problem and how can it be fixed? It is quite irritating at night as it is visible and one can be mugged for it?

Munna, 29 Oct 2012I can't update my e7 anna to belle,it's need phone memory s... moreIf u have a Windows Based Computer And a Broadband Connection or Photon oR Any 3G Dongle. Then Simply First Of all Connect your Phone With the Pc via datacable, via Ovi Suite. If u don't Have ovi suite then Google it And download and install it(Almost 90MB). Then Backup your contacts, notes, etc. or simply use "ovi SYNC" appplication on your phone. then after backup is complete, in the ovi suite Choose the last tab Showing your phone software. Then Select software update. Now Dont touch your phone till the software updation is complete. It takes almost 30minutes to 1hour depending upon your internet speed...
The other method is phoenix, but i think its too hectic for u right now. but its best method i've used it on many phones like N8, 5233 C5 etc.
And third one is above all, that means no hasseles, Just go to nearest Nokia Care and they will update your phone and may or may not charge you.

I am a nokia user.But i have no nokia e7.I think should buy one.I also think that it is really beautiful with is silver white version.I should try to buy one soon.

This is a awesome model. Nokia Please put this model in to Lumia series .like lumia920E. Nokia keep testing Markets.

hi, im a samsung user. thinking of giving my current unit as a gift to my girl, i dropped by in a nokia store to see what's available (cheap now) and i saw e7. checkin posted comments here, all i can read are negative comments. i only need a phone that has good battery life, can process, load & connect to net fast (or at least will not make me throw the phone for waiting too long), take and save photos, watch videos, txt, and most of all, will not mess up with my calls. please advise me what i need to know based on experience bfor i purchase this.

I can't update my e7 anna to belle,it's need phone memory space...
But can't make space....
It's need 370 MB,but make 350 MB...
Anyone help me how can i make more space to update...

mishkev, 23 Oct 2012hi Soni,my E7 doing the same thing,and i might be guessing ... moremy brother they are lying mine did not enter the water, is just did it, but what i did was i take the bull by the horn after watching how to replace the battery from you-tube, i took the risk to work on it by myself, guess what i made it!! i took out the battery and charge it with universal charger i put it bak behold my fon is bak to life, then what i did is that i went to buy original e7 car charger from Nokia, as am talking to u my fon is charging well now. it does not have any problem of charging
