hi evry one, ple any idea of what can cause my fon E7 not charging, after my battery is flat i tried to charge my fon E7 only finds out that is not charging, the charging light keeps on blinking for about 5 mins and it goes off with out charging. pls any help?

What is the price of E7 motherboard? my E7 need some soldering (micro laser soldering) as unfortunately it has been dropped by me :( and the back camera is not working.. but the camera spare part is working in other E7.. so problem with the camera holder and it need to be repaired..
