Can u compare the camera picture quality of both of them....
I even wish to compare the sound, but i can compromise on sound as i m more into purchasing E71...

i download themes from internet.when i try to install on my phone an error message came"certificate error contact the supplier".what does it mean?
please guide me .

picture quality of camera improved very much after upgrading to latest firmware and the noise reduction is better and there is no pure tint on every pictue due to which the camera now produces good pics now i can save them instead of deleting them after taken.lolz
But in video the sound doest matches with video sound comes late.hope so it will be solved in next update .thanks

Anyone knows how to hide the email notification on the home screen? I tried unchecking the email notification box under the mode->home screen apps setting. It disappeared for a couple of seconds, but it popped right back up right afterwards...any suggestions?

Does anybody know if I buy an E71 (UNLOCKED) in USA, can I use it in Europe, specifically Macedonia (FYROM) with T-mobile provider? Does it have anything that I cannot use it, or everything is going to be all right?
If anybody knows, please response.

I have chinese copy of E71 and a Chinese with Nokia authority made (white) prices being 50$ and 300$ respectively.
Whats the difference hardly noticable esp body assembly main in chinese, but 2 batts 2GB card also chinese, sometimes i forget which one to take to office.Nokia has lost its edge by running away from Finland. What Authority means is but a sale gimmick only sving 50% of cost but Charging rack rate.

Hey Guys!!! I Have found the way to delete the unwanted themes in E71!! I believe this will help lot people as I go on net found that lot people asking the same question as me. The themes file was located in memory card under folder called "private" ---> then got lot of sub folder in this folder with numbers. for my E71 set, the folder contain all the themes in it is called "10207114". After open the folder, you will saw another folder named "import". Open it and you will find all the themes folders with lot of weird name example "4ccee7bd5c30b916". When you open one of the folder, you will see 3 type of files with ".mbm", "mif" and "skn". now it's up to you to delete whichever the unwanted themes!!!. I am not sure whether every E71 have the same folder which contain "import" folder in it but give yourself a try. just click every folder in the "private" folder and find the next folder called "import". All the best ya... Hurray!!

Last 10 months i am using this mobile - in every sense this mobile is very good ... u never feel like this and that feature is not in my mobile ..
loaded with almost all feature - like hardware - OS - performance its very gud becoz of 128 RAM - camara is gud but only in light .... music is very gud ...
regarding net im using airtel connection so - iam happy with speed - like checking orkut face book .. even mu office mails ... gmails very gud .... default browser gud so no need to use 3rd party browser like opera.... HOw to use E series in best way
one thing - in E series always try to use card memory for every thing .... message - voice recording pics songs ...
as much as phone memory free - u will not face hanging prb ...
and i f u feel any problem - take backup and reset ur mobile ...

so be happy with ur E71.......

thank you haris, 15 May 2009thank you so much for answering but it is well known that o... moreWell in past made in Finland was the original one but now a days Nokia it self manufacturing from different regions such as Korea & China under his own authority due to low manufacturing cost So these are of same quality but there are also available in market some fake mobiles made from china so be care full and always purchase goods from nokia authorised dealers which you have at your local destination as i purchased the korean made from authorised Nokia dealer and it is the original one may be your dealer have finland made both of them are original but only difference is manufacture from different regions---Thanks.

I have had this phone for over one year. Everything works great but all of a sudden it has started to act funny. It shuts down by itself. I have tried everything but seems like it has a brain of its own. It shall work when it feels like. Read more forums on other sites before investing $400 in this phone.
