When using Fring in particular, sometimes the Y key would not work properly. I cannot remember what other weirdities occur. Not sure of solution, but I also have strange things happen when using the built in spreadsheet editor. Probably a bug somewhere in the OS that certain functions trigger. Hopefully Nokia are working on it, but chances are, their engineers are working new phones - what do they care, we have spent our money!

great phone i got the white steel one but man oh man sexy as hell so far so good i had it for 1 days so far and everything is fast and efficient on this device...but one thang i had a problem with is how do u put the ringer off and put it on silent or vibrations is it on profile cuz this is my first nokia i have been a SE dude can sumone help me wit this..cuz i am at work and i dont want the ringer on even wen there is a txt message dat comes in its soo damm loud other den dat i recomend ppl buy this phone great price for it.

i just got this phone a week back for my official mails....when installing mail for exchange it said am not supposed to synch with PC Suite again.....i synch my contacts and calendar using PC Suite....is it possible to get only mails through mail for exchange and synch contacts and calendar through PC Suite.....
Help appreciated pls....

Dear all
I bought E71 yesterday after reading most of the available reviews on the internet which mostly said what a wonderful phone it is.
My problem lies in the keyboard and specifically the Y and Z keys which seem to be reversed i.e. when i press Y the letter Z appears and vice versa.
Anybody had this problem before and knows how to solve it?

amos adeagbo, 10 Oct 2008can this phone be used as a alternative to blackkberry?actualy u cant use it as blackberry coz its email browser depend on the wireless lan but the one with blackberry u ll be connected to the GSM all the time wherever u are

Got an iPod Touch 2G? Guess what? I just bought one and was looking at cases to protect its sexy body when I came across the fairly useless E71 pouch that I had left in a drawer. I thought why not see if the iPod Touch fits in it. It does - perfectly! Of course, for the same reason I don't use my E71 case for the phone, you cannot operate the iPod when it's in the pouch, but unlike the more scratch resistent E71, the iPod Touch really does need its smudge attracting screen and shiny casing protecting when it is in your pocket or a bag. You can even attach the iPod charger and some headphones to the iPod Touch when it's in the E71 case. Nice! I just saved about £15.

very easy to us. u will need to use wifi or internet tho. nice phone. very fast and the battery life is heaps good.Lasts me 4-5 days on average

Two questions:
How do you use it to operate remote controls for your tv/vcr etc?
How can I get a bcc field on my email composer/mail client?
In case anyone else has a view on these issues, I'm happy to hear.

Hi I am planning to buy a phone...But I am confused between E71 and SE P1i. Both fits in my budget. Can P1i be installed with GPS? Please suggest which one should I prefer.
